A Review Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Treated With Syndrome Differentiation In Mongolian Medicine

Objective:To collect and consult the cases of dilated cardiomyopathy,and review the correlation between the characteristics of the syndrome type and related influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy in Mongolian medicine.Methods:Of Inner Mongolia Minzu University affiliated hospital of cardiovascular department in the last five years(2017.08-2021.11)in the symptoms of dilated cardiomyopathy review,sorting,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,the inclusion of464 cases of the clinical data using SPSS 23.0 software database,classification variables using frequency and rate description,comparison between groups using chi-square test or Fisher exact test.Continuous variables using mean and standard deviation,comparison between multiple groups using one-way variance analysis of medical cases in dialectical typing and syndrome differentiation treatment,the syndrome type and cardiac function classification(NYHA grade),NT-pro BNP level,troponin value,electrocardiogram,cardiac colour to exceed index related factors of correlation,analysis,induction and summary.Results:1.After classifying 464 dilated cardiomyopathy cases included in the criteria,there were four types of Heyi type,Heyi Qisu type,Badagan Si La Wusu type and Qi Su Si La Wusu type were obtained.Heyi type were22(4.7%),Heyi Qisu type were 258(55.6%),Badagan Si La Wusu type were 62(13.4%)and Qi Su Si La Wusu type were 122(26.3%).Among the 464 patients,375(80.82%)were male and 89(19.18%)were female,There was no significant difference between sex(P> 0.05).The ages of the different syndrome types were concentrated in 40–69years.The course of the four types was mainly 1-5 years(41.9%～54.5%),less than 1 year and more than 10 years was relatively small(1.1% ～ 18.2%);the duration of 5-10 years was 18.2%-33.9%,and the order of the course was Badagan Si La Wusu type> Qi Su Si La Wusu type>Heyi Qisu type>Heyi type.There was a correlation between dilated cardiomyopathy type and the onset season(P <0.05).The Heyi type incidence in spring and summer is over 40%;the incidence of Heyi Qisu type in different seasons is between 20% and 30%;and the Qi Su Si La Wusu type incidence in autumn is 33.6%.2.A total of 61 prescriptions were counted in the clinical treatment of Japanese syndrome differentiation.Among them,the most commonly used are Xin-II,Sema-3soup,Shvsha-7,Li Niao-8tastepowder,Ji Ru Hen Gu Ri Gu Mu-7,Ji Ruhen AGari-8,Hari Aburi-16 tastepowder,Tonglaga-5tastepill,AMi Bie Ri Ge Qi-11,AMin EEr Dun,Zhen Bao Wan,Zadi-5 pills,Xiao Shi Shi Wei Wan,etc.The main prescriptions of Heyi type are Xin-II,Sema-3 soup,Shvsha-7,Li Niao-8 taste powder,AGari-35 flavors,Ji Ruhen AGari-8 flavors,Zadi-5 pills,etc.(the frequency ratio is more than 5.6%).The main prescriptions of Heyi Qisu type are Xin-II,Sema-3 soup,Shvsha-7,Li Niao-8 taste powder,Tonglaga-5 taste pill,Amuri-6 taste powder,etc.(the frequency ratio is more than 4.5%).The main prescriptions of Badagan Si La Wusu type are Xin-II,Sema-3 soup,Shvsha-7,Li Niao-8taste powder,Hari Aburi-16 taste powder,Amuri-6 taste powder,etc.(the frequency ratio is more than 5.3%).The main formula of Qi Su Si La Wusu type are is xin-II,Sema-3 soup,Shvsha-7,Li Niao-8 taste powder,Ji Ruhen Gu Ri Gumu-7 taste pill,Hari Aburi-16 taste powder,etc.(the frequency ratio is more than 4.5%).Traditional Mongolian therapy: mainly moxibustion(72.7%);foot bath(72.9%);and acupoint application(95.2% and 84.4% respectively).3.The distribution of cardiac function classification in patients with the four syndrome types was all grade IV> III> II> I(P <0.05).There was a correlation between NT-pro BNP level and each syndrome type(P <0.05).The mean NT-pro BNP of Heyi type medium,Heyi Qisu type medium,Badagan Si La Wusu type medium,and Qi Su Si La Wusu type medium were 6627.41 ± 3147.41pg/ml,5161.66 ± 2149.04 pg/ml,8122.85±3945.57pg/ml and 8031.59 ± 3796.46 pg/ml,and the NT-pro BNP mean of them was Badagan Si La Wusu type>Qi Su Si La Wusu type>Heyi type>Heyi Qisu type.Each syndrome type was not associated with troponin values(P> 0.05).The mean numbers of troponin for Heyi type,Heyi Qisu type,Badagan Si La Wusu type and Qi Su Si La Wusu type were 17.69 ± 8.14 pg/ml,51.38 ± 20.48 pg/ml,16.31 ± 7.62 pg/ml,and 27.11 ±11.87 pg / ml,respectively.Its mean troponin Heyi Qisu type> Qi Su Si La Wusu type> Heyi type>Badagan Si La Wusu type.The ECG manifestations of each syndrome type include atrial fibrillation,conduction block,premature beat,and ST-T changes.The main manifestations were atrial fibrillation and conduction block(P> 0.05).The EF and FS were the highest mean in the Heyi type,and the mean EF was lower in the Badagan Si La Wusu type and the Qi Su Si La Wusu typ.The mean of LVIDd,LVIDs,and LA were the highest in the Heyi Qisu type group,and the mean of LVPWd in the Qi Su Si La
