Literature Study On The Differentiation And Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer By Jingfang

Objective:The clinical application literature of Zhongjingjing prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcer was systematically collected,and the etiology,pathogenesis and prescription of six channels were summarized.Search the Chinese database,input the composition of prescriptions involved in the treatment of peptic ulcer into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5),and conduct drug frequency statistics,related rules,cluster analysis,and new prescription analysis.By searching the Chinese and English databases,meta-analysis was conducted on the clinical trials of Jingfang for the treatment of peptic ulcers,the therapeutic potential of Zhongjingjing prescription for peptic ulcers was deeply explored,the mechanism of TCM Jingfang for the differentiation and treatment of peptic ulcers was explored,and evidence-based medicine was summarized for clinical trial articles,with a view to providing evidence for clinical use of Jingfang.Methods:1.Theoretical literature was studied from two perspectives.First,peptic ulcer was researched from the perspective of the origin and flow of traditional Chinese medicine,and the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and the current progress in treatment of peptic ulcer were sorted out by major doctors.The second is to analyze the pathogenesis and treatment of peptic ulcer from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of the six channels of Zhongjing,and sort out the rules of the treatment of peptic ulcer by the later doctors.2.Through China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)and Wanfang database to search the combination of Fang Fang’s name and peptic ulcer,the search results will be:Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Licorice Xiexin Decoction,Xiexin Decoction,Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,Xiaojianzhong decoction,Dajianzhong decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Peony and Licorice decoction,Sini SAN,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Lizhong Pill,Wu Zhuyu Decoction,Guizhi Jiashaoyao Decoction,Xiaofuozhe decoction,Xuanfu Daizhe decoction,Sini decoction,Zhizhu Pill and Baituong decoction were imported into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)Prescription analysis interface,drug frequency summary,rule analysis,cluster analysis,and new prescription analysis.3.Chinese and English databases were searched by computer,including China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),China Biomedical Database(CBM),Chongqing Vl P,Wanfang Database,Pub Med database and Cochrane Library database,Embase database.The search language is limited to Chinese and English.The search time limit for all databases is set to February 2023.Randomized controlled trials(RCTS)on the treatment of peptic ulcer were collected,and qualified literatures were decoct pill" "radix bupleuri pinellia and trichosanthes kirilowii soup" "radix bupleuri Jiang Guishang" "yam pill" and " Chemical ulcer ","gastric ulcer","duodenal ulcer","canker disease","random","randomized control","RCT",etc.The English search terms were Peptic ulcer,Jingfang,rardomized controlled trial,etc.Literature review The risk of bias in all included studies was assessed according to the Cochrane Review Manual Bias risk assessment tool.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software.Results:1.Through the review and summary of classical prescription literature,the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer mostly uses classical prescription as the base prescription,or adds or subtracts it,or makes new prescription by itself,all of which have the continuation and inheritance of Zhongjing prescription syndrome theory.The literature search involved clinical observation or experience of classical prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcer,and a total of 19 Zhongjing Jing prescriptions.The 19 prescriptions discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of peptic ulcer respectively from the Angle of six channels,and discussed the treatment methods.The main Yangming Taiyin as the main location of the pathogenesis,Shaojueyin as the key etiology and pathogenesis,Sun meridian as the first stage,plays a key role in prevention,Shaoyin as the root of the disease,and provided ideas for consolidating and treating peptic ulcer.2.The analysis of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)showed that the main prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcerative taste return to the channel was warm and sweet into the spleen and stomach channel,and the composition of the new formula showed that there were 3 new formulas,such as jujube,scutellaria,trifoliate fructus,ginseng and pinellia.3.The total effective rate was analyzed in 14 literatures included in the meta-analysis of the treatment of peptic ulcer with prescription.Hp clearance rate was analyzed in 7literatures.The recurrence rate of peptic ulcer was analyzed in 3 literatures,and the incidence of adverse reactions to drug therapy was analyzed in 4 literatures.Through rigorous data analysis results,it can be seen that the total effective rate,Hp clearance rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the treatment of peptic ulcer are superior to that of Western medicine alone.Due to the limitations of using "Jing prescription" as the subject term,according to the Meta analysis results of "Jing prescription" in the treatment of peptic ulcer,further data mining was conducted on the Jing prescription containing bupleurum with "meta-analysis of bupleurum prescription in the treatment of peptic ulcer".Conclusions:1.The corresponding TCM disease name of peptic ulcer is described in the Huangdi Neijing.In the differentiation of the six TCM channels,the location of the disease is Taiyin of Yangming Dynasty;Sun is the leading factor of the onset of peptic ulcer.Regulating the main qi mechanism of Shaoyang and Jueyin is the conduction medium of peptic ulcer.Shaoyin is the key to the progress of peptic ulcer.2.According to the data analysis,compared with the combined treatment of Western medicine and bupleurum prescription with Western medicine,the treatment of peptic ulcer with traditional prescription and bupleurum prescription can improve the cure rate of peptic ulcer,and the incidence of adverse reactions is small and the recurrence rate is low.Banxia Xiexin soup and small bupleurum
