The Experience And Enlightenment Of The Communist Party Of China In Leading The Patriotic Health Campaign In Shandong

The patriotic health campaign is an important part of the socialist health cause with Chinese characteristics,and is a great initiative and successful practice of the Communist Party of China in applying the mass line to health and disease prevention work.With the development of socialist construction and the improvement of people’s living standards,the patriotic health campaign has been constantly given new contents,with different priorities in each period,and its fine tradition has been inherited and carried forward.This paper analyses the history of the development of the patriotic health movement in Shandong under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,then summarizes the basic experience and proposes inspirations for the in-depth development of the patriotic health movement in Shandong in the new era.The body of the paper consists of four parts:The first part explores the foundation of the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province led by the Chinese Communist Party from both theoretical and practical aspects,and argues that the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province originated from the need to crush the germ warfare of the U.S.Empire and to improve the sanitation and disease prevention capacity of Shandong Province.The second part compares and analyzes the development of the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province led by the Chinese Communist Party.In the initial development period,the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province established sanitary and epidemic prevention organizations at all levels,crushed the American Empire’s germ warfare,initially improved urban and rural sanitary conditions,and combined the patriotic health movement with Chinese and Western medicine;in the maturity period,the theme of sanitary construction,building a civilized city,and the patriotic health campaign towards legalization and specialization;in the new period,the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province was associated with the "two centenary goals" In the new era,Shandong patriotic health campaign is combined with the "two centenary goals",the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and the construction of "healthy Shandong",forming a new situation of patriotic health campaign.The third part summarizes the basic experience of the patriotic health campaign in Shandong Province led by the Communist Party of China.The valuable experience of Shandong Province in achieving the achievements of patriotic health campaign mainly includes: adhering to the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee to continuously improve the people’s sense of health,adhering to the implementation of the Party’s purposes and working methods,taking advantages of the Party’s organizational and leading;propaganda and ideological work is an important means to achieve the victory of the patriotic health movement,we must focus on the political,contemporary,scientific and diversity of propaganda and ideological work;unity Chinese and Western medicine is an effective way to improve the level of urban and rural health care,we must inherit and carry forward the advantages of Chinese medicine,and must strengthen the training of Chinese and Western medical personnel.The fourth part presents inspirations for the in-depth development of Shandong’s patriotic health campaign in the new era.It mainly includes five aspects: building a social governance community with multiple participation under the leadership of the party committee,building a three-dimensional all-media patriotic health publicity matrix,promoting the modernization of the public health emergency management system,constructing a way of working with the synergy of Chinese and Western medicine,and forming a pattern of integrated development of the health cause and economic work.
