| Objective:By evaluating the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound alone and focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of chronic simple lichen of vulva,the treatment plan of integrated Chinese and western medicine was discussed,providing valuable clinical treatment plan reference for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic simple lichen of vulva.Methods:A A total of 60 patients were selected from the outpatient department and inpatient department of department of Gynecology,Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Sichuan Province,from December 2020 to December 2021,who were confirmed to be chronic and simple lichen vulva with TCM syndrome conforming to liver-kidney Yin deficiency type,aged between 20 and 70 years old,according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Thirty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the control group,CZF ultrasonic therapy instrument(hereinafter referred to as Haiji Star)developed and produced by Chongqing Haifu Technology Co.,LTD was used.The special treatment head was used for continuous,uniform and linear scanning close to the skin,and routine intermittent ice application was performed within 24 hours after surgery.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing 24 hours after the focused ultrasound operation,and the menstrual period was stopped.One dose per day was used for one month(30 days).The clinical symptoms and pathological signs of patients in the two groups were followed up and evaluated one week,one month and three months after treatment,and statistically compared.Results:(1)Comprehensive efficacy:Control group(focused ultrasound treatment)total effectiveness 76.7%,treatment group(focused ultrasound+traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment)total effective rate 96.7%,total effective rate have obvious differences in both groups,suggests that comprehensive treatment group curative effect is better than that of the treatment group,the focused ultrasound combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment chronic simple vulva moss comprehensive curative effect is distinct,is superior to the simple use of focused ultrasound.(2)Analysis of proportion of vulva lesion area:compared with the control group,there was statistical significance in the treatment group at 1 week and 1 month after the treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the improvement of the proportion of vulva lesion area in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group at 1 week and 1 month after surgery,indicating that TCM fumigation and washing combined with focused ultrasound was superior to that in the control group in reducing vulva lesion area.However,the effect of local intervention without TCM was not obvious at 3 months after surgery.(3)Analysis of the relief time of pruritus vulvae:there was statistically significant difference in the improvement time of pruritus vulvae between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had shorter relief time of pruritus vulvae.(4)Analysis of hypopigmentation of vulva skin:there was statistically significant difference between the control group and the treatment group one month after the treatment(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group can improve the vulva pigment condition,and better than the statistical control group.(5)Analysis of vulvar pruritus degree and skin elasticity:there were statistically significant differences between the control group and the treatment group at 1 and 3 months after the treatment,indicating that the treatment group could improve vulvar pruritus and skin elasticity better than the control group.(6)Vulva skin color analysis:There were statistically significant differences between the control group and the treatment group from 1 month to 3 months after surgery,indicating that the treatment group could improve the vulva skin color,which was superior to the control group.(7)In the treatment,there were three cases of vulva vesicular ulcers in the control group,which were relieved after symptomatic treatment such as local ice compress and magnesium sulfate wet hot compress.Conclusions:In In this clinical observation,the application effect of focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of chronic simple mossy vulva is good,which can achieve the effect of rapidly relieving itching and promoting the recovery of skin elasticity.The itching degree is improved and skin elasticity is recovered,which is superior to the control group using focused ultrasound alone. |
