| Standardized training for resident physicians("standardized training")is an important system of standardized training and education for resident physicians after graduation of medical students in China,which is improving the overall clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and teaching work.At present,China’s standardized training has basically established a standardized training system after more than 20 years of exploration and pilot,and the quality of training has been constantly improving,which has played a positive role in the construction of China’s physician team,the improvement of physicians’ ability level,and the overall framework and layout of medical resources.Through literature research,this paper sorted out the development history and current status of the standardized training system for resident physicians in China,and took Taizhou People’s Hospital as a case,investigated the implementation status of the standardized training system in Taizhou People’s Hospital through interviews and questionnaires.On this basis,it is analyzed that there are some problems in the system formulation,system implementation and system implementation environment of standardized training for resident physicians in China:the system is not comprehensive enough;the supporting system is not perfect;weak teacher training;insufficient investment and so on.The reasons are summarized as follows:the research and practice time of regulation training system is short and not comprehensive;the construction process of the regulation and training base is tedious and the management level is not high;lack of standards for teacher training;single source of funding for regulation and training.Finally,based on system theory,regulation theory,incentive theory,combined with the experience of resident training abroad,the corresponding measures are put forward:improve the standardized training system of resident doctors,improve the effectiveness of the regulation training;perfect the implementation environment of the system,improve the standardization degree of regulation and training;strengthen the quality of teachers and improve the quality of training;increase funding for training and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students. |
