The Status Of Implementation And Countermeasures Of The Basic Drug System In Weifang Of Shandong Province

With the development of society and economy and the improvementof people’s material and cultural level, our country in medical and healthservices appears relative lag phenomenon, the voice of the cure of themasses of the people for more and more intense. In order to solve thepeople "medical treatment is difficult and expensive," State Councilexecutive meeting in March2009by the views on deepening the medicaland health system, marking a new round of medical reform in China wasofficially lauched.In August, the national development and reformcommission, ministry of health and other nine ministries released“implementation of views on the establishment of a national essentialmedicines system”,which indicates that China has formally implemented.Shandong province started the pilot implement basic drugs system ineach area county primary health agency since March15,2010,whichIncluding the "National Essential Drugs List (primary health careinstitutions with the use of part)"(2009edition) of307drugs and the addition of the216medicines by ShandongProvince, totaling523kinds of medicines.The same year, the Weifang municipalgovernment officially promulgated“the implementation of the national basic medicinesystem of weifang", which indicates that the formal start national basicdrugs weifang system of projects. With the improvement of the system ofbasic drugs, Weifang all start implement the national system for basic drugsfrom January1,2011.This article through the analysis of literature, expert interview,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation methods of weifang toimplement basic drugs system of medical institution experimentsite areabasic in system of comprehensive investigation, this paper analyzes thestatus of the implementation of the system of basic drugs and problems, asthe basic drugs in popularization of system provides the reliable theorybasis and practical experience.The establishment of a system for basicdrugs is a long-term task which should focus on the long-term interests,establishing long-effect mechanism, steadily promoting system for basicdrugs.
