| Objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods: a retrospective case-control study was conducted to collect and analyze the clinical data of 135 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer aged between 30 and 60 who were hospitalized in the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from October 2019 to October 2021.Three different paclitaxel preparations, albumin bound paclitaxel, docetaxel and paclitaxel, were used for systemic intravenous chemotherapy combined with carboplatin,To compare the clinical efficacy, tumor markers and adverse reactions of different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens, hoping to provide guidance for the optimal selection of chemotherapy regimens for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.Result: 1 After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the tumor diameter of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer decreased in varying degrees, the parauterine conditions were improved, and the recent clinical effect was obvious.Compared with docetaxel or paclitaxel, the total effective rate of albumin bound paclitaxel combined with carboplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy was slightly higher, but did not reach statistical significance.2.compared with docetaxel or paclitaxel, albumin bound paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a fair effect on the decrease of SCC Ag,but it did not reach a statistically significant level.3.compared with docetaxel or paclitaxel, albumin bound paclitaxel neoadjuvant chemotherapy has more advantages in the adverse reactions of leukopenia and granulocytopenia, but has more serious adverse reactions in neurotoxicity than docetaxel. Conclusion: compared with docetaxel combined with carboplatin or paclitaxel combined with carboplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy, albumin bound paclitaxel combined with carboplatin seems to have a more significant effect on the clinical efficiency and the decline of tumor markers in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, but it is lack of statistical significance,so it is necessary to expand the sample for further study; In terms of adverse reactions of chemotherapy, albumin bound paclitaxel and docetaxel have more advantages than traditional paclitaxel in vomiting, skin allergy, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, hemoglobin reduction and other adverse reactions;Albumin bound paclitaxel has more advantages in leukocyte and granulocytopenia than docetaxel, and there is no significant difference in thrombocytopenia; In terms of neurotoxic adverse reactions, albumin bound paclitaxel has greater side effects and neurotoxic adverse reactions.Chemotherapy drugs should be reasonably selected according to the patient’s condition. |
