| Objective1.Introduce the continuous work support Checklist for Female Healthcare Workers,which is localized and revised in combination with my country’s local culture,and tested for reliability and validity in the clinical nurse population.2.To understand the status of continuous work support of clinical nurses and analyze its influencing factors and its relationship with job burnout.Methods1.The scale was converted into a Chinese version by the double literal translation-back translation method,and cross-cultural adjustment was carried out through the original author’s consultation and expert consultation.327 clinical nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hohhot City were selected to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale,and item analysis was used to test the discrimination of the items of the Chinese version of the continuous work support scale for female medical staff.Consistency test(Cronbach’s alpha coefficient)and test-retest reliability,validity test including content validity,construct validity(exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis)and calibration-related validity.2.Scale application: It is convenient to select 236 clinical nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hohhot and a tertiary hospital in Ordos as the research objects,using the self-made general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the female medical staff continuous work support scale,and the job burnout scale.A survey was conducted to understand the status of continuous work support of clinical nurses and to analyze its influencing factors and its relationship with job burnout.Results1.Through the sinicization and cultural adjustment of the scale,it is determined that the Chinese version of the female medical staff continuous work support scale includes 16 items,and the correlation coefficients between the items and the total score of the scale are all greater than 0.4(P<0.001).The decision value of all items in the study reached 3.0(P<0.001).The overall internal consistency coefficient Cronbach’s alpha of the Chinese version of the female medical staff continuous work support scale was 0.940,and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each dimension was between 0.756 and 0.901;the test-retest reliability was0.956.The content validity index(I-CVI)of each item level was 0.875-1.00,and the content validity index(S-CVI)of the scale level was 0.953;exploratory factor analysis extracted 4common factors,which together explained 74.182% of the The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the loading of each factor was good,with IFI of 0.947,CMIN/DF of2.267,RMSEA value of 0.076,GFI value of 0.881,CFI of 0.946,and calibration correlation validity coefficient of 0.808.2.The female medical staff’s continuous work support scale has a score of(3.37 ± 0.86)in the dimension of support for childcare and family care,and a score of(3.65 ± 0.90)in the dimension of information dissemination.Actively improve the score of female workers in higher positions(3.76±0.83),the score for the dimension of consultation and counseling services was(3.78±0.90),and the score for the total scale was(3.61±0.47).3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: marital status,willingness to leave,job title,and age are the four influencing factors of the scale,which together explain 25.9% of the variance.The correlation analysis between continuous work support and job burnout of clinical nurses,clinical nurses’ continuous job support is negatively correlated with job burnout.Conclusion1.The Chinese version of the Continuous Work Support Scale for Female Healthcare Workers has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the status of continuous work support for female healthcare workers in my country.2.Hospitals should pay more attention to female medical staff,formulate reasonable measures,provide appropriate work support,reduce nurses’ job burnout,help nurses build their love for their profession,improve their humanistic literacy,and better serve the clinic. |
