| Purpose:Through in-depth study of Zhou Xuehai’s works on treating diseases from the liver in his Du Yi Sui Bi,this thesis excavates, arranges and analyzes the involved texts, combined with Zhou’s clinical experience, explores his legislation, treatment principles, medication laws and the scope of treating diseases from the liver, and systematically summarizes Zhou Xuehai’s academic thought of treating diseases and regulating the liver,so as to provide guidance for clinical practice.Method:1.Text analysis method: take the liver related text of Du Yi Sui Bi as the main research object, comprehensively use various reference books, refine key words, visually present the arts and medical science contained in the text with the help of inspiration concept map tool, and highlight Zhou Xuehai’s main idea of treating from the liver.2.Analogy and induction: on the basis of text analysis, use Excel to classify the text of treatment from the liver, mark and sort out the relevant provisions of Zhou Xuehai’s treatment from the liver from the dimensions of etiology, pathogenesis, legislation, prescription and medication,so as to reveal its relevant laws.3.Formula and syndrome deduction method: make an in-depth analysis of the syndrome and representative parties related to the treatment from the liver in the original text of the classification, refer to Zhou Xuehai’s relevant works and the academic thought and clinical experience of doctors of previous dynasties, explore Zhou Xuehai’s treatment principles and methods, prescription selection and medication law,and systematically summarize his academic thought and clinical experience.Content:The first part is the elucidation of the physiological function and characteristics of the liver in Du Yi Sui Bi.According to Zhou Xuehai’s understanding of the physiology of the liver,it is refined and summarized into three aspects:(1)the Qi of the liver and gallbladder is the pivot of the rise and fall.Explain the joint regulation of Qi mechanism by liver and gallbladder and the mechanism of liver as the lifting hub,and emphasize the different lifting hub functions of liver and spleen.(2)The liver and kidney are restrained in nature, which can store blood and maintain Qi.The key reason why the liver can store blood is that the liver and kidney can collect blood because they are sour and salty respectively,so they can maintain Qi and blood; The bleeding will weaken the ability of the liver to collect and store, and cause Qi to have no attachment.(3)Zang Fu organs and meridians, yin and yang are different. It is pointed out that the liver is Shaoyang from the perspective of Qi and blood turbidity, while the three yin and three yang of the six meridians are from the perspective of orientation and location. Therefore, the meaning of the three yin and three yang of the Zang Fu organs is different from that of the three yin and three Yang of the six meridians. The second part is the syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver related diseases in Du Yi Sui Bi.Taking deficiency and excess as the outline,it is generally summarized into three categories: liver excess syndrome, liver deficiency syndrome and deficiency and excess mixed syndrome.Liver wind and liver depression are divided into 4 categories.1.Liver syndrome includes:(1)liver wind syndrome:(1)liver wind of epilepsy, dispelling cold and expelling blood stasis;(2)The liver Yang is not clear, and the stagnation is increased.(2)Liver heat syndrome:(1)liver heat generates wind, clearing heat and eliminating phlegm;(2)The tooth disease grows violently, and the earth is cultivated to stabilize the liver.(3)Syndrome of liver depression:(1)stagnation of liver qi,causing liver Qu;(2)Spleen excess and liver stagnation, light leakage;(3)Stagnation of liver and spleen, promoting blood circulation and stasis.(4)Liver cold syndrome:(1)liver and spleen are cold and damp, soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen;(2)The liver and kidney are cold and damp, and the sun is cold;(3)Cold dampness and blood stasis promote blood circulation.2.Liver deficiency syndrome includes:(1)Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, nourishing liver and kidney;(2)Liver and kidney deficiency and cold, warm and Xuanzhong town;(3)Yin does not restrain Yang, nourishes the heart and calms the liver;(4)Yang deficiency and fire floating, triple energizer treatment;(5)The cold closes and the heat floats, and the air circulates the body fluid.3.Deficiency and excess syndrome include:(1)liver Qi multiplies the spleen, calms the liver and replenishes the spleen;(2)Dampness stagnates the liver and spleen, fragrant and warm;(3)The liver Yang is suppressed and the exterior and interior of the liver are cleared;(4)Wind dryness and fluid injury can promote lung and liver;(5)Liver wind and kidney wither, clearing away heat and nourishing yin.Conclusion:1.In terms of syndrome differentiation, zhouxuehai attaches importance to the overall coordination and balance of the viscera, takes Qi and blood, cold and heat, deficiency and excess as the guideline, reflects the overall pathogenesis, supplemented by pulse correlation. In clinical practice, the method of liver and kidney together and liver and spleen together is often used for comprehensive treatment.2.In terms of governance,Zhou Xuehai follows the principles of Huang Di Nei Jing, upholds the Zhang Zhongjing’s method, and refers to the essence of various schools. He is good at academic integration, boldly breaks through the rules on the basis of inheritance, and has unique governance.3.In terms of medication,Zhou Xuehai emphasizes the correspondence between prescriptions and syndromes, makes good use of classical prescriptions, flexibly cuts prescriptions and drugs, pays attention to the corresponding relationship between disease classification and drugs, has a good grasp of the nature, taste, efficacy and compatibility of drugs, does not stick to rules, has the courage to break through old practices and is full of innovative spirit. |
