Research On The Mode Of International Scientific Cooperation In The Field Of Public Health In China

With the frequent occurrence of global public health events and the continuous emergence of China’s power,international cooperation has been becoming more and more important.How to carry out international cooperation and take the initiative has become a new social hot research issue.From the background of "knowledge support",this thesis analyze the policy environment,cooperation characteristics and themes of international scientific cooperation in the field of public health in China,from the perspective of scientific cooperation,and then uses the depth-breadth model to divide the cooperation mode to deeply analyze the characteristics of each mode and the thematic evolution of representative countries.On these basis,effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which aims to provide reference for strengthening international scientific cooperation in the field of public health in China.First,this thesis sorts out and analyzes China’s policy environment for international scientific cooperation in the field of public health.Secondly,based on the international scientific cooperation papers,the results are analyzed from the characteristics(depth and breadth of cooperation)and themes of scientific cooperation among countries that cooperate with China.In terms of the depth of scientific cooperation,it is found that the importance of China in cooperation is constantly emerging;the United States is the country with the largest absolute amount of cooperation between China;the relative dominance of Japan and South Korea is more prominent;the relative dominance of Iran is equal to that of the United States,which is a cooperation worthy of attention country;Pakistan is one of the developing countries with a high degree of importance to China.In terms of the breadth of scientific cooperation,the international scientific cooperation model with bilateral cooperation as the mainstay and trilateral cooperation and super cooperation as a supplement has been formed;multi-country cooperation is the trend of China’s international cooperation in the future.In terms of scientific cooperation topics,related research on mental health is the key topic of cooperation;in the future,the proportion of collaborative research on topics such as child and adolescent health,obesity,Alzheimer’s disease,and exercise rehabilitation will continue to increase.Thirdly,using the depth-breadth model to divide the scientific cooperation models,and analyze the characteristics of each model.And then selecting representative countries such as the United States,Brazil,Poland,Pakistan,to analyze the theme evolution.Based on the research finding,combined with relevant policies,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects,in order to provide support for strengthening international scientific cooperation in the field of public health in China.First,in general,the role of the “Belt and Road” health cooperation mechanism should be brought into play,and multilateral cooperation and super cooperation should be the future development orientation.Give full play to the dominance of China’s international scientific cooperation,and comprehensively improve the stability of cooperation.Attach importance to basic research and construction of public health in developing countries.Carry out international scientific cooperation with Chinese characteristics.Strengthen international scientific cooperative research on the COVID-19 to promote the construction of the Global Community of Health for All.Secondly,for the specific representative countries of each cooperation model,Category I countries should carry out in-depth strategic cooperation in multiple fields,and should strengthen research with the United States in frontier fields such as environmental medicine and intelligent medicine;Category II countries should promote cooperation in specific fields as needed,and strengthen cooperation with Brazil in pediatrics,obstetrics and gynecology.,gastrointestinal metabolism,mental health,liver cancer and other fields;Category III countries should expand channels for cooperation and exchanges,and should strengthen cooperation with Poland in gene amplification technology;Category IV countries should strengthen multilateral cooperation,and Pakistan should strengthen cooperation in medical Cooperation in nanomaterials.
