Objective: To study on clinical effect of internal fixation and artificialjoint replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture were compared. Methods: Retrospective analysis of90cases of femoral neck fracture of thepatients, including artificial total hip replacement group and patients (groupA), hollow nail companion group in32patients (group B). Compared with A,B group of operation time, amount of bleeding, intraoperative andpostoperative hospitalization days and activity time, postoperativecomplications and hip function Harris score situation. Results: Fifty-eightpatients in group A time average was17.9±5.1days, the bed time15.3±2.8days, operation time83.0±20.7minutes, during the operation, the amountof bleeding was206.7±53.3ml, postoperative joint prosthesis loosening in1,1case with infection, the rate was3.4%. Harris function score,39patientswith curative effect for optimal,10cases of curative effect is good,7cases,2cases of poor, effective rate was84.5%;32cases in group B spend an averageof15.9±4.8days, the bed time82.8±2.7days, operation time68.3±18.8minutes, during the operation, the amount of bleeding was102.2±26.2ml,3cases occurred after avascular necrosis of the infection,2case after surgery,a rate of18.75%. Harris function score,13cases of curative effect for optimal,8cases of curative effect is good,5cases,6cases of poor, effective rate was65.6%; Group A and group B in similar days time(P>0.05), and compared incompanion, joint replacement bleeding amount of relatively more, duration of surgery, relatively long, postoperative patients between in A relatively shortperiod(P<0.05). Harris was the result of function in optimal and sent two(P<0.05), good and two no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Artificial joint replacement and internal fixation is effective for senilefemoral neck fracture, but the artificial joint replacement is relatively better, can be used for senile femoral neck fracture of the first.
