Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Dapoxetine In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation With Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen

Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation with deficiency of both heart and spleen,and to provide a cheap,safe and effective treatment for premature ejaculation.Methods: A total of 37 patients were enrolled in this clinical trial,and 32 subjects completed the clinical trial.The subjects were from the andrology outpatient department of Heilongjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The clinical trial included penile sensitivity test results,vaginal ejaculation latency,and the diagnostic tool scale for premature ejaculation.The study was conducted in a self controlled pre-and post-trial trial in which subjects were collected as baseline before the start of the trial and treated for 6 weeks before sexual intercourse with oral dapoxetine hydrochloride.Relevant observation indicators were collected after the end of the previous treatment.After a 2-week washout period,subjects began the latter phase of treatment.At this stage,subjects received acupuncture at shenshu,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shangxing,Yintang,Xinshu,Pishu,Zusanli and Shenmen three times a week.During the latter stage,subjects also took dapoxetine hydrochloride orally before sexual life.The latter stage of treatment lasted for 6 weeks,and relevant observation indicators were collected after treatment.Results:1.The mean score of PEDT was(14.78±2.4)before treatment and(6.44±1.6)after treatment,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The mean IELT time before treatment was(54.38±33)seconds,and the mean IELT time after treatment was(236.84±45)seconds.The paired T-test showed P = 0,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The mean value of penile sensitivity test(V)was(2.66±1.2)V before treatment and(6.3±1.4)V after treatment,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The mean PEDT score was(14.78±2.4)before treatment and(4.13±1.7)after treatment,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The mean IELT time before treatment was(54.38±33)seconds,and the mean time after treatment was(368.12±105)seconds.The paired T-test showed P = 0,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The mean value of penile sensitivity test(V)was(2.66±1.2)V before treatment and(8.8±2)V after treatment,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The average score of PEDT after pretreatment was(6.44±1.6),and the average score after posttreatment was(4.13±1.7),P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The mean IELT(seconds)time of patients after pre-treatment was(236.84±45)seconds,and the mean IELT(seconds)time after post-treatment was(368.12±105)seconds,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The mean value of penile sensitivity test(V)was(6.3±1.4)V after pretreatment and(8.8±2)V after posttreatment,P = 0 by paired T test,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with dapoxetine is better than dapoxetine alone in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Acupuncture combined with dapoxetine in the treatment of premature ejaculation with deficiency of both heart and spleen is worth popularizing in clinic.
