Clinical Study Of Sildenafil Alone Or Combined With Dapoxetine In The Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction Complicated With Premature Ejaculation

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of sildenafil alone or combined with dapoxetine in the treatment of erectile dysfunction complicated with premature ejaculation,and further provide decision-making for clinical treatment.Methods: The patients with erectile dysfunction complicated with premature ejaculation in our hospital from September 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into sildenafil + dapoxetine group(group A)and sildenafil group(group B).After 4 weeks of treatment,their IELT value,PEDT score,IIEF-5 and adverse reactions were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:In this study,74 patients were enrolled and 71 patients were followed up,including 36 in group A and 35 in group B.There was no significant difference in IELT value,PEDT score and IIEF-5 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the e IELT values of the two groups were(255.31±232.46)and(134.15±81.55),respectively.The improvement of e IELT value in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05);The IIEF-5 values were(16.42±4.51)and(18.20±2.31),respectively,the IIEF-5 value of group B was significantly improved(P<0.05);The PEDT values were(11.33± 4.65)and(11.11±3.97)respectively,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 83%,which was higher than that of group B(71%),but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);During the treatment,the main adverse reactions of the two groups were dizziness,drowsiness,muscle soreness and stomach discomfort,accounting for 25% and 20% of the total number of patients,respectively.However,all the patients had minor adverse reactions and could be tolerated.Conclusion: Sildenafil 100 mg alone or combined with dapoxetine 30 mg in the treatment of erectile dysfunction patients with premature ejaculation has a certain effect,but the adverse reactions of combination therapy are also slightly increased.
