Objective: To explore the correlation between the high signal blood vessels(HVS)sign on 3.0 T magnetic resonance fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)imaging and the Susecptibility vessel sign(SVS)sign on magnetic sensitive weighted imaging(SWI)and the applicaiton value of these two signs in the evaluation of collateral circulation formation in the middle cerebral artery blood supply zone brain infarction.Methods:60 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed by clinical diagnosis and imaging in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients were scanned with T1 WI,T2WI,DWI,FLAIR,MRA,SWI and ASL BY GE3.0 superconducting MRI.Situations showed on the FLAIR and SWI images of the blood vessels are observed, according to whether there is HVS and SVS,patients were divided into positive group and negative group,NIHSS score on the admission day and the 15 th day in both groups are compared. The ASL pseudo-color map is obtained by the software, and the ratio of the ischemic infarct surrounding area and the contralateral imaging area is cerebral blood flow(rCBF);the NIHSS score is obtained on the admission day and 15 th day are statistical analyzed. To explore the value and correlation of middle cerebral artery occlusion in the middle cerebral artery of FLAIR and SWI.Results: Of the 60 patients with middle cerebral artery occlusion,45 were HVS positive and 15 were negative.One-way ANOVA suggests that HVS signs are correlated with rCBF,MRA stenosis and NIHSS score(P<0.05);There are 48 cases with positive SVS and 12 cases with negative SVS,SVS yin-yang signs are correlated with rCBF,MRA stenosis and NIHSS score(P<0.05);Consistency check of HVS and SVS signs in bloodsupply section of middle cerebral artery of the patients with cerebral infarction(Kappa=0.571,P<0.001).Conclusion:FLAIR and SWI have important reference value in the evaluation of the establishment of collateral circulation in the cerebral infarction area, which is of great clinical significance for the clinical development of the accurate treatment and prognosis.
