Research Progress And Diagnosis And Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:By summarizing the literature collection and collation for the past 21 years,to analyze the patterns and medicines in traditional Chinese medicine treatments of perimenopausal syndrome,to find out the most common clinical manifestations and medicines used in the clinical trial of perimenopausal syndrome,and to analyze the mechanism of treatment and pharmacology of high-frequency medicines.Methods:By Searching the Chinese Academic Journals Full-Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journals Full-Text Database(VIP),the literature of traditional Chinese medicine research on perimenopausal syndrome published in domestic journals from January 1,2000 to December 3 1,2020 was collected.The search terms were "perimenopausal syndrome","menopausal syndrome","m enopausal syndrome","pre-and postmenopausal evidence","pre-and postmenopausal evidence","traditional Chinese medicine" and " Clinical observation”.The retrieved literature was exported as a title,and the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the documents was entered into NoteExpress to screen,and 51 journal articles that meet the criteria were screened.The selected literature would be selected to summarize the syndrome types of TCM,treatment methods,medications,disease locations and tastes of Chinese medicines,and a database would be established with Microsoft Excel 2016,and the research results would be expressed in statistical charts.The first 40 high-frequency medicines were entered into spss25.0 for cluster analysis,and the data of 40 high-frequency medicines were imported into SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and the association rule analysis was performed by using the Apriori algorithm.Results:1.A total of 3 914 articles were retrieved for the first time in this study,and according to the criteria of literature inclusion and ranking,duplicate articles were excluded,and 51 articles were finally included;a total of 4442 cases were collected,25 5 8 cases were treated in the treatment group,and 1884 cases were in the control group.2.In the 51 articles included,a total of 11 types of evidence appeared,mainly for kidney yin deficiency,liver-kidney yin deficiency,non-interaction of heart and kidney,kidney dual deficiency of yin and yang,yin deficiency with effulgent fire.3.The main treatment methods are enriching the kidney and replenishing yin,enriching yin and subduing yang,nourishing the yin and the kidneys,tonifying the blood and emolliating the liver;coordinating the heart and kidney,removing the annoyance to tranquilize;enriching the yin and lowering the fire;enriching yin and tonifying yang,nourishing the essence and blood;and soothing the liver and regulating qi.4.In the included literature,the highest frequency of core mechanism is the kidney,most of the literature described multiple organs,the frequency from high to low is the liver and kidneys,heart and kidney,heart,liver and kidney,spleen.5.The top 10 high-frequency medicines are counted as Fructus Corni,Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Poria,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,licorice,Lycium barbarum,Moutan cortex,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,and Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.6.Among the inducted medicines categories,there are tonifying and replenishing medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,astringent medicinal,tranquilizers,induce diuresis to drain dampness medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-dispelling medicinal,liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing medicinal,exteri or-r el easing medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal,resolve phlegm and cough-suppressing and panting-calming medicinal,interior-warming medicinal,orifice-opening medicinal,wind-dampness-di spelling medicinal,digestant medicinal,dampness-resolving medicinal.7.The four qi of the medicinal are flat,slightly cold,cold,micro-warm,warmth,coolness,heat,and hot;the five flavors are sweetness,bitterness,pungency,sourness,saltiness,astringent,light,and slightly bitterness.8.Most of the summarized medicines appear in the form of multiple meridians,the highest one is the liver and kidney meridians,which are arranged sequentially after the liver,kidneys,heart,lungs,spleen,stomach,gallbladder,bladder,large intestine,small intestine,and sanjiao.9.Cluster analysis and confidence interval:40 high-frequency medicines were entered into spss25.0 for cluster analysis to obtain 8 classes of medicines.The association rules of the top 40 high-frequency medicines were analyzed,and 7 pairs of medicines with an association greater than 30%were obtained.Conclusion:1.The most common manifestations of perimenopausal period are kidney yin deficiency,liver-kidney yin deficiency,non-interaction of heart and kidney,kidney dual deficiency of yin and yang,yin deficiency with effulgent fire;the main treatment methods are enriching the kidney and replenishing yin,enriching yin and subduing yang,nourishing the yin and the kidneys,tonifying the blood and emolliating the liver;coordinating the heart and kidney,removing the annoyance to tranquilize.The core mechanism is mainly in the liver and kidneys.2.The most commonly used medicines for perimenopausal syndrome are Fructus Corni,Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Poria,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,licorice,Lycium barbarum,Moutan cortex,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,and Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.Most of the statistical medicines are tonifying and replenishing medicinal,mainly sweet,flat or slightly cold account for a large proportion,most of meridian entries are the liver,kidney meridians.
