| Objective:To study the Meta-analysis of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy using the spleen and kidney supplementation method according to the method of evidence-based medicine,and to provide traditional Chinese medicine strategies and evidence-based methods for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:By searching CBM,Wanfang,How Net,VIP,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and other databases.To collect the randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the method of spleen and kidney supplementation.Spleen and so on.The retrieval period is from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Data were extracted according to a pre-set table,including the first author,publication time,basic conditions of the two groups of patients,diseases,intervention measures,and outcome indicators.The quality of the selected literatures was assessed according to the Cochrane risk of bias assessment table,and then Stata 17 software was used for statistical analysis and bias analysis.Result:By searching various databases,1665 literatures were initially screened,and 20 literatures were finally accepted.A total of 1532 diabetic nephropathy patients were included in the 20 literatures included,including 769 cases in the experimental group and 763 cases in the control group.The minimum number of cases was 58 and the maximum number was 58.The number of cases is 100.Meta-analysis results showed that the use of spleen and kidney supplementation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy had a significant effect on the total efficacy(OR=3.67,95%CI: 2.83-4.76,Z=9.79,P<0.001),serum creatinine(WMD=-22.12,95%CI)=-29.72 ～-14.52,Z=5.71,P<0.001),urea nitrogen(WMD=-1.80,95%CI=-2.88 ～-0.72,Z=3.28,P<0.001),24-hour urine protein(WMD=-0.33,95%CI=-0.44 ～-0.23,Z=6.10,P<0.001),fasting blood glucose(WMD =-0.68,95%CI=-1.20 ～-0.15,Z=2.54,P=0.011),etc.The effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney supplementation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Research conclusion:From the effect point of view,the overall effect of treating diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney supplementation method,24-hour urine protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,fasting blood sugar and other laboratory indicators,the effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Group. |
