| Objective:Based on the blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD f MRI)technology and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the distribution characteristics of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point and the corresponding non activated brain area; The specificity of acupuncture acupoints was verified by comparing the activated brain regions of Sanyinjiao point and corresponding non acupoints; And further compare the changes of ReHo value in resting state before acupuncture, acupuncture state and resting state after acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point, and analyze the acupuncture effect of Sanyinjiao point in different tenses. To provide a "visual" evidence-based basis for the clinical treatment of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point. Methods:According to the test standards,18 right-handed healthy volunteers were selected as subjects.Acupuncture stimulation was applied to Sanyinjiao point on the right side of the subjects respectively. The BOLD f MRI data of the subjects Acupuncture Sanyinjiao point and its corresponding non points were collected by Philips 3.0T magnetic resonance scanner. The image information was extracted by spm12,dpasfa and xjview software. The image data were post processed and statistically analyzed to obtain the data of Acupuncture Sanyinjiao point The location, voxel value, activation degree and other information of brain activation area corresponding to non acupoint task state; And compare the difference of ReHo value between resting state and acupuncture state before and after acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point.Results:1.Acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point causes positive activation of brain areas: left hippocampus, right middle temporal gyrus, right caudate nucleus, left middle frontal gyrus, left central posterior gyrus and right central anterior gyrus;Negative activated brain areas: right orbital inferior frontal gyrus, right insula, left superior marginal gyrus and right posterior central gyrus.2.Acupuncture at corresponding non acupoints causes positive activation of brain areas: right parahippocampal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus, right lingual gyrus, right middle temporal gyrus, right precuneus lobe and right superior occipital gyrus; There was no significant negative activation of brain areas.3.Acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point compared with non acupoint positive activated brain areas: right inferior occipital gyrus, left inferior temporal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus, right anterior central gyrus and left angular gyrus;Negative activated brain areas: left caudate nucleus, right middle occipital gyrus, right anterior cingulate gyrus and paracingulate gyrus, right precuneus.4.Compared with the resting state before acupuncture,ReHo value increased in the resting state after acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point: left middle frontal gyrus and left anterior central gyrus;Brain regions with reduced ReHo value: right inferior temporal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus, left central posterior gyrus and right inferior parietal horn gyrus.5.Compared with the resting state before acupuncture, the ReHo value increased in the acupuncture state of Sanyinjiao point: left medial and paracingulate gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus;Brain areas with reduced ReHo value: right lingual gyrus, left middle occipital gyrus, left wedge lobe, left middle temporal gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus and right superior occipital gyrus.Conclusion:1.acupuncture at Sanyinjiao can regulate multiple brain regions, and has a certain correlation with its efficacy. It is suggested that the effect of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point is closely related to the activation of corresponding brain regions.2.compared with the corresponding non points, the activated brain areas of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point are significantly different. The activated brain areas of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point are wider and more regular, which reflects the specificity of acupoints.3.the change of ReHo value index in different time periods of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao point indicates that acupuncture at acupoints can not only cause immediate effect, but also maintain the acupuncture effect for a period of time after pulling out the needle, suggesting the existence of post acupuncture effect, which may be the brain response mechanism of clinical treatment. |
