The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Androgentic Alopecia (Syndrome Of Damp-heat Upward Steaming) With Chu Zhi Yu Fa Solution

Objective:This study aims to further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of androgenic alopecia and find the clinical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine t by observing the clinical efficacy of Chuzhi Yufa Solution in the treatment of androgenic alopecia(damp-heat upward steaming syndrome).Methods:66 patients diagnosed as androgenic alopecia(damp-heat upward steaming syndrome)in the first Department of Dermatology,the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2022 and met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The observation group was given Chuzhi Yufa Solution for external use,and the control group was given minoxidil tincture instead.After continuous treatment for 12 weeks,the skin lesion score and dermatosis quality of life index(DLQI)score of each group were recorded for the clinical efficacy statistically analyzing by SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.Within-group comparison:the skin lesion score and DLQI score of the two groups at different periods before and after treatment were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesions and DLQI score were improved in both groups.2.Between-group comparison:the skin lesion score and DLQI score were compared between the two groups at the same period before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the greasy and itchy scalp.3.Total efficiency comparison:the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 62.500%in the observation group and 35.484%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)..Conclusion:1.Chuzhi Yufa Solution can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with androgenic alopecia(damp-heat upward steaming syndrome).Lipid-removing hair tonic can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of androgenic alopecia(syndrome of steaming on damp heat)especially in the scalp greasy and itching situation which were obviously superior to minoxidil group.2.Chuzhi Yufa Solution can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with androgenic alopecia(damp-heat upward steaming syndrome)which was obviously superior to minoxidil group.3.Chuzhi Yufa Solution can effectively treat androgenic alopecia.
