Objective:To study the prescription medicine of Professor Zhou in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia, analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes、 the frequency of drug using and the association rules between drugs, and then summarize the medication rules of Professor Zhou in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia,in order to provide some references for traditional Chinese medicine therapy of the disease. Methods:Collected the data of patients treated by Professor Zhou from September 2019 to December 2021 in the Second Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine University.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 cases with clear diagnosis, complete data and in line with the criteria were selected.Using the traditional Chinese medicine computing platform(V3.0)to carry out data mining of symptoms and prescriptions, and analyze the results,so as to summarize the experience and core prescriptions of Professor Zhou in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia.Result:1.General situation: Among the 120 related prescriptions, there are 69 female samples and 51 male samples, the whole data can be divided into five syndromes:heart-qi deficiency syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.2.Symptoms situation: The main symptoms of the included 120 cases were chest tightness, chest pain, fatigue, insomnia, shortness of breath, palpitation and others. On the basis of the symptoms of chest distress and chest pain, the main symptoms of heart-qi deficiency syndrome were shortness of breath, fatigue, poor sleep, palpitation, etc. The main symptoms of qi-yin deficiency syndrome were insomnia, fatigue, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth, etc. The main symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are dizziness, insomnia, palpitation, headache, nausea, etc. The main symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are sweating, dizziness, numbness of limbs, cough and expectoration, etc. The main symptoms of heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome are poor urination, shortness of breath, inability to lie flat, dry mouth, poor appetite,etc.3.Prescriptions: There were 120 prescriptions, involving 179 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, and the total frequency of use was 2479 times. The ten most frequently used herbal medicine are Gancao,Huangqi,Dangshen,Banxia,Fuling,Wuweizi,Maidong,Danshen,Chuan xiong,Danggui. The main properties of herbal medicines are warm drugs, followed by cold drugs and mild drugs.Sweet, bitter and pungent herbs were the most frequently used. The main meridian tropism of herbal medicines is for lung, heart and spleen meridian. The top five categories of herbal medicine used were tonifying drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs, and diuretic and dampness-eliminating drugs.Through correlation and cluster analysis, there are obtained 19 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris complicated with hyperlipidemia(support 60,confidence 0.9),involving 8 drugs;39 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of heart-qi deficiency syndrome(support 23,confidence 0.9),involving 11 drugs;32 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome(support 15,confidence 0.9),involving 11 drugs;12 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(support 15,confidence 0.9),involving 9 drugs;69 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(support 4,confidence 0.9),involving 10 drugs;105 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome(support 3,confidence 0.9),involving 17 drugs.Three groups of core drug combinations were obtained for each syndrome type(κ =3).Conclusions:1.The common syndromes of unstable angina pectoris complicated with hyperlipidemia treated by Professor Zhou are heart-qi deficiency syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.2.Professor Zhou’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia are Gancao,Huangqi,Dangshen,Banxia,Fuling,Wuweizi,Maidong,Danshen,Chuan xiong,Danggui,Yuanzhi,Fushen,Jiegeng,Guizhi.3.Professor Zhou treats unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia mainly by using
