Clinical Observation On Electric Nape Acupuncture Combined With Intraocular Acupuncture On Ocular Deviation (Ophthalmoplegia)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of electric nape acupuncture combined with intraocular acupuncture on ocular deviation(ophthalmoplegia),and provide a safe and effective clinical method for patients.Method: In this study,80 patients with ocular deviation(ophthalmoplegia)were selected as research objects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group by randomization.During the treatment,3 cases in the treatment group fell off,4 cases in the control group,and the final number of cases was 73.There were 37 cases in the treatment group,14 males and 23 females,and 36 cases in the control group,18 males and 18 females.Patients in both groups were given basic treatment with conventional drugs.The treatment group was treated with electric nape acupuncture plus intraocular acupuncture,while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.Patients in both groups were treated once a day,with a rest for 6 days,with a treatment period of 3 weeks.Before and after treatment,the improvement of diplopia,strabismus,dizziness,nausea,and clinical symptoms of compensatory cephalic position were recorded,and the corresponding scores were given according to the proposed standard.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Observe and evaluate the curative effect of the two groups.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in eye movement,diplopia distance,strabismus angle and ophthalmoplegia symptom scores between the two groups,which were comparable(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the eye movement,diplopia distance and strabismus angle in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptom score was significantly lower(P< 0.05).3.After treatment,the eye movement,diplopia distance and strabismus angle of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).The scores of ophthalmoplegia symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.01,P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.3%,and that of the control group was 80.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electric nape acupuncture combined with intraocular acupuncture can improve eye movement,reduce diplopia distance and squint angle of patients with ophthalmoplegia.2.Electric nape acupuncture combined with intraocular acupuncture can improve the diplopia,strabismus,dizziness,nausea and compensate the head position symptoms of patients with ophthalmoplegia,and reduce the symptom scor.3.Electric nape acupuncture combined with intraocular acupuncture is effective in the treatment of ocular deviation(ophthalmoplegia),and the curative effect is better than traditional acupuncture.
