Analysis On Research Hotspots And Theme Evolution Of Hospital Information Management At Home And Abroad

Objective:With the gradual development of modern society,hospital information construction has become the main trend of today’s medical development,and the hospital information management system has been gradually improved.Hospitals gradually realize the effective management of all kinds of hospital data and information through information management construction,Using information technology to make significant progress in the prevention and control of New Coronavirus pneumonia,the hospital information management has again emerged in the public’s perspective.Hospital information management is the guarantee for the normal operation of hospitals,and is the basis for the management of hospital operations and decision-making analysis.In the form of knowledge map,it intuitively presents the hot spots,core authors,research institutions and their cooperation of hospital management research in China and abroad.Using the methods of bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis,this paper analyzes the research status and Theme Evolution in the field of hospital information management at home and abroad.The purpose is to understand the development status and research theme of hospital information management at home and abroad through the visual analysis of hospital information management at home and abroad,analyze the Theme Evolution of hospital information management at home and abroad,compare the research status at home and abroad,and put forward suggestions for the better development of hospital information management in China,Analyze and explore the hot spots in the research field of hospital information management at home and abroad and the evolution law of knowledge in this field,provide suggestions and references for the development of hospital information management in China,grasp the development trend and hot spots of hospital information management,and solve the problems encountered in the development of hospital informatization.Methods:In CNKI database,use the advanced retrieval function to search all documents with the subject of("hospital" and "information management")or "hospital information management".In web of science database,use the advanced retrieval function with the retrieval formula of TS =(hospital information management)or TS =(hospital and information Management),The search time is from "January 1,2010" to "December 31,2020",that is,nearly ten years;Cite Space and vosviewer software are used to visually analyze the obtained literature data information.The results show that a more reasonable author knowledge map,cited journal knowledge map and keyword co-occurrence knowledge map are drawn.A total of 15468 literatures related to hospital information management were retrieved from the web of science core collection database.The research status and subject evolution in the field of international hospital information management were analyzed by using bibliometric analysis software and cluster analysis.By analyzing the number of papers,author cooperation,institutional cooperation and keyword clustering,this paper combs and compares the research in related fields in China and abroad.Result:Through the visual analysis of the literature on domestic hospital information management in recent ten years in CNKI,it can be seen that the research hotspots in the field of domestic hospital information management in recent ten years mainly focus on hospital personnel management,hospital technology management and hospital medical system management.The evolution process of domestic hospital information management began to turn to public health,artificial intelligence and chronic diseases,At this stage,the research field of hospital information management in China is developing steadily.There are many researchers in the field of hospital information management,and they also study from different angles,but the relationship between researchers needs to be strengthened.Over the past decade,the development prospect of the field of international hospital information management is relatively clear.The research hotspot is mainly the combination of clinical diseases and information management,guiding the direction of specific clinical diseases and applying hospital information data to disease etiology analysis.The research hotspot has changed from the development of single hospital information to the more systematic integration of information technology and hospital management to solve specific clinical diseases.Clinical information technology will become a hot research direction in the future.Through the visual analysis of foreign hospital management literature in the web of Science Database in recent ten years,it is learned that there are some characteristics in this field,such as uneven development of research force and diversified research directions,so as to provide suggestions and references for the development of hospital information management in China.
