Objective:1.To observe the expression difference of serum miRNAs in patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation, and to observe the effect of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule on the difference;2.To further explore the molecular mechanism of microecological agents affecting colorectal cancer and provide scientific basis for the application of microecological agents.Methods:60 patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected from Shanxi Bethune hospital, and the same group of doctors operated and signed informed consent. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. They were given intervention from 3 days before operation to 7 days after operation. The experimental group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule, and the control group was given placebo. The expression level of miR-21,miR-135 b and miR-155 was detected by patient serum. The molecular mechanism of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule was explored by observing the changes of miRNA expression levels of miR-21,miR-135 b and miR-155 in serum.Results:1.Compared with the same group: the serum levels of miR-21,mir-135 b and miR-155 in the experimental group and the control group decreased after operation(P <0.05);There were significant differences in miR-21 and mir-135b(P < 0.001).2.Comparison between groups: the expression of miR-21 and mir-135 b was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The application of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer had statistical significance for the expression difference of miR-21 and mir-135 b in serum.Conclusion:1.The serum levels of miR-21,mir-135 b and miR-155 in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer decreased after operation, which may be due to the removal of tumor;2.The perioperative application of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in colorectal cancer can decrease the expression of miR-21 and mir-135 b,but there was no significant change in the expression level of miR-155 in serum.
