Research objective:To explore the intervention effect of intensive behavioral therapy on patients with BPH complicated with OAB,including the changes of urine storage symptoms, symptom disturbance degree and quality of life.Research method:This study is a kind of experimental study.Firstly, intensive behavioral therapy for BPH patients with OAB surgery was constructed under the guidance of planned behavior theory. Then, the two wards were set up as experimental groups and control groups, and 106 BPH combined OAB surgery patients who were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Jiang Xi Province from April to December 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were included according to the admission sequence, and 53 cases were included in each group The control group received the standard nursing intervention, and the experimental group received intensive behavioral therapy based on the control group. The data were collected before operation(T0),one month after operation(T1),and three months after operation(T2)with bladder overactivity symptom scale(OABSS),storage period symptom score(IPSS-S),symptom distress questionnaire(BS),Chinese universal quality of life scale(SF-36)and therapeutic benefit scale(TBS).SPSS24.0 is used for data processing, the difference between P<0.05 is statistically significant for statistical tests.Research results:1.In All the patients with BPH complicated with OAB,the age was 49-84 years old,the average age was 69.19±7.25 years, the preoperative OABSS score was 8.98±1.76,20.95±2.48 IPSS score was 9.42±1.62,and the preoperative BS score was5.26±0.68.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).2.After the intervention, there were 49 people in the control group and 48 people in the experimental group, and the retention rate of the subjects was 92%.Therefore,97 subjects were included in the analysis of the effect of the sub-intervention.3.Repeated measurements of ANOVA comparison between two sets of study subject groups showed the results:The effects of time factors of OABSS score,IPSS-S score,BS score, and SF score were statistically significant. There was no significant difference among PF,SF,and,RE dimensions in the SF-36 score, but there were significant differences in the OABSS score,IPSS-S score,BS score, and other SF-36dimensions scores such as RP and BP(P<0.05).In the interaction between time effect and grouping factors, there was no significant difference in the scores of BP,SF,and RE in the SF-36 score, but there were significant differences in OABSS score,IPSS-S score,BS score, and other SF-36 dimensions scores such as RE and RP.4.The results of the comparison between the two groups of participants showed that:(1)in the IPSS-S score, the evaluation scores of the three times in the experimental group decreased sequentially, and the comparison between the two-time points was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the control group, the T1:T2 comparison score was not statistically significant(P=0.302),and the difference between T0:T1 and T0:T2 was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In the OABSS score, the evaluation scores of the three-time points in the experimental group decreased sequentially, and the comparison between the two-time points was statistically significant(P<0.001);in the control group, the T1:T2 comparison score was not statistically significant(P=0.092),and the difference between T0:T1 and T0:T2 was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the quality of life score, the BS score of the patients in the experimental group decreased sequentially, the scores of SF-36 in each dimension increased sequentially, and the comparison between the two-time points was statistically significant(P<0.05);the RP dimension score T1:T2 of the control group was not statistically significant(P=0.218),and the BS score and SF-36 other dimension scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research conclusion:Patients with BPH combined with OAB will have different severe urine storage symptoms in a short time after the operation, suggesting that doctors and nurses should pay attention to the nursing care of patients with BPH and OAB after the operation.Intensive behavioral therapy can promote the recovery of urine storage symptoms, reduce the disturbance degree of symptoms, improve the overall quality of life of patients with BPH and OAB,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients with BPH and OAB.There are no adverse events,so it is suitable to be widely used in patients with BPH and OAB.
