Objective:This study of self-disclosure intervention program used in cervical cancer patients,discusses the influence of cervical cancer patients with stigma,self expression and couple support coping,for cervical cancer patients to reduce stigma,improve self expression level,enhance couple support coping ability,and develop self-disclosure intervene for cancer patients.Method:Using the purpose sampling method,the cervical cancer patients and their spouses who underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy from May 2021 to December 2021 in a tumor hospital in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects,among which the patients in the first ward of the department were the control group,and the second ward of the department were the test group,with 35 cases in each group,totaling 70 cases.Among them,3 patients in the trial group withdrew,and the final effective cases were 67,that is,35 in the control group and 32 in the trial group.The control group patients performed routine care,the trial group patients performed couples self-disclosure intervention,a total of 5 weeks,divided into five stages,each stage is divided into speech and writing presentation(or short video presentation),40 to 60 minutes each time,and weekly urge patients and their spouses to show each other and record together.Before intervention(cervical cancer concurrent chemotherapy for the first time),after intervention(5 after radiotherapy and chemotherapy)to patients with social impact scale(SIS),Chinese version of pain self presentation index(DDI),couple support response scale(DCI)to patient’s stigma,self disclosure ability and couple support response level.Results:1.Comparison of general data:Finally,67 patients completed the whole intervention,including 35 in the control group and 32 in the trial group.The general data of the two groups of patients and their spouses were compared,with no significant difference(P> 0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison between groups before intervention: two groups have no difference in stigma and scores(P> 0.05);no difference in self-disclosure scores in the trial group(P> 0.05);and not(P> 0.05),comparable between groups.3.Within-group comparison before and after intervention: no significant difference in stigma and scores in the control group(P> 0.05),There was no significant difference in self-disclosure scores(P> 0.05),There was no significant difference in marital support response and scores of all dimensions(P> 0.05);There was no significant difference in the economic discrimination dimension score of the trial group(P> 0.05),Significant difference in stigma and other dimensions(P <0.05),Patients’ improved self-disclosure scores,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The total score and each dimension score of marital support response increased significantly,The difference was significant(P <0.05).4.Comparison between groups after intervention: no difference in the economic discrimination dimension of the two groups(P> 0.05),the other dimensions and total score of stigma(P <0.05);the self-disclosure score(P <0.05);the agency support and joint support dimension score(P>0.05),and the total score and other dimensions showed statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.This study builds the couple self disclosure intervention scheme through five stages of intervention,can significantly reduce the stigma level of cervical cancer synchronous chemotherapy patients,improve the patients’ self disclosure ability,and can enhance intimate relationship,increase mutual trust,eventually improve the support of patients.2.The couple self-disclosure intervention program provides a new idea for cancer patients to improve their self-disclosure ability,reduce stigma,enhance their intimate relationship,and improve their support and coping ability,which can be further promoted and used in clinical patients.
