Prevention And Control Of The New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic In Yunnan Border Areas In The Context Of Regional Governance

As economic and social development continues to advance,various risk factors are increasing,and the spread of infectious disease epidemics poses a serious threat to the lives and health of the population while also causing systemic risks in the economic,political,and social spheres.In the face of the regionalization of public health issues,regional cooperation is needed to integrate public health issues into regional governance,and the outbreak of the Newcastle pneumonia epidemic in late2019 has brought the focus back to regional governance.As borders are both the main conduit for the importation of infectious diseases from abroad and at the end of social governance,there is a risk of spillover of outbreaks from abroad.In the aftermath of the Newcastle pneumonia outbrea k,Yunnan has developed a "five-in-one" approach to governance,a grid-based approach to governance,and a diversified model of participation by social organizations in the border areas.It is important to summarise the practical experience in the prevention and control of the NCCP epidemic in Yunnan’s border areas for future public health prevention and control.At the same time,the problem of prevention and control of the Newcastle pneumonia epidemic in the border areas reveals shortcomings in public health and regional governance.This paper takes a semi-participatory and observational approach to understand and grasp the current situation of the prevention and control of the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic along the China-Myanmar border in Ruili and Mangshi townships of Dehong Prefecture,Yunnan Province.With the help of regional governance theory,social mobilization theory targeted governance theory,and resilient governance theory,an attempt is made to analyze the causes of the New Coronary Pneumoni a epidemic in the border areas of China and Myanmar,and to address the issues of "unilateral governance" in the prevention and control of the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic in the border areas of Yunnan,"unilateral governance" in...
