Effect Observation Of Fuyuanhuoxue Decoction Combined With Minimally Invasive Surgery-transforaminal Interbody Fusion On Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fuyuanhuoxue Decoction combined with minimally invasive surgery-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.To investigate the clinical application of oral Fuyuanhuoxue Decoction in perioperative period of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods: According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients who underwent minimally invasive transforaminal interbody fusion for lumbar spondylolisthesis in Fuzhou second hospital from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received basic treatment+surgical treatment+oral Fuyuanhuoxue Decoction;The control group received basic treatment+surgical treatment.The low back pain VAS score,ODI index and JOA score of 2 groups were followed up before surgery,3 days after surgery,14 days after surgery and 1 month after surgery to evaluate the efficacy.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data,and P < 0.05 was regarded as statistically significant difference.P < 0.01 had significant statistical difference.Results: There were 28 cases in both the treatment group and the control group.There were no significant differences in age,gender,ASA grade,surgical level,surgical duration,blood loss and other general data between 2 groups(P > 0.05).Comparison of low back VAS score: there was no statistical significance between the two groups before surgery,3 days after surgery and 1 month after surgery(P > 0.05);The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.ODI index comparison: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before surgery,3d and 14 d after surgery(P > 0.05);The ODI index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01).Comparison of JOA scores: there was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after surgery(P > 0.05);There was statistical difference between 14 days after surgery and 1 month after surgery(P < 0.05),and JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Efficacy evaluation: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group at the last follow-up of this study were 96.4% and 89.3%,respectively,and there were statistical differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions: On the basis of MIS-TLIF and conventional drug therapy,the combination of fuyuanhuoxue Decoction can effectively relieve the lumbar pain and improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar spondylolisceria,and accelerate the recovery of patients without obvious adverse reactions.It can help improve patients’ quality of life and efficacy satisfaction after MIS-TLIF,which can be further applied and promoted in clinical treatment.
