Analysis Of The Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Infertility Caused By Endometrial Polyps

Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the symptoms and four diagnostic information of 125 patients with infertility caused by endometrial polyps,refer to the theory of syndrome differentiation and statistical analysis,summarize the syndrome characteristics and syndrome types of infertility caused by endometrial polyps,in order to dig out the pathological nature of infertility caused by endometrial polyps,To provide useful thinking for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.Method:Through literature review and combined with the opinions of gynecological experts in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,the TCM syndrome information collection table of infertility caused by endometrial polyps was designed.The general data and four diagnostic information of 125 patients with infertility caused by endometrial polyps were collected.Finally,all the data obtained were input into Excel software for sorting,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used,Factor analysis was used to reduce the dimension of the four diagnostic information,extract the syndrome elements,and combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to summarize the syndrome types of infertility caused by endometrial polyps.Results:1.The average age of 125 infertile patients with endometrial polyps was 32.13 years ± 086 years old,accounting for 43.20% in 29-35 years old group;The average duration of infertility was 3.91 years ± 788 years,the number of patients with infertility for 1-2 years was the most,a total of 62 cases,accounting for 49.60%.2.Distribution characteristics of the four diagnostic information: the higher frequency of the four diagnostic information of infertile patients caused by endometrial polyps are:dysmenorrhea,bleeding during menstrual period: 45.60%,menstrual block: 44.80%,waist and knee soreness: 41.60%,breast pain: 39.20%,fatigue: 37.60%,purple and dark tongue:30.40%,white and greasy fur: 36.00%,pulse string: 36.80%,smooth pulse: 35.20%,weak ulnar pulse: 30.40%.3.Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements: 118 cases(94.40%)were involved in kidney,92 cases(73.60%)in uterus,66 cases(52.80%)in spleen and 40 cases(32.00%)in liver;The syndrome elements were blood stasis in 106 cases(84.80%),Yang deficiency in 98cases(78.40%),dampness in 66 cases(52.80%),qi stagnation in 57 cases(45.60%)and cold in 9 cases(7.20%).4.Characteristics of syndrome types: the common syndrome types were kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 52 cases(41.60%),dampness and blood stasis syndrome in 35cases(28.00%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in 20 cases(16.00%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in 18 cases(14.40%).Conclusion:1.Infertility caused by endometrial polyps is common in the age group of 29-35,and the course of disease is mostly 1-2 years.2.The most common symptoms of infertility caused by endometrial polyps are menstrual bleeding,menstrual block,waist and knee soreness,breast pain,fatigue,etc.,but some patients do not have unusual specific symptoms,so the clinical treatment of infertility should pay more attention to targeted examination.3.The location and syndrome elements of infertility caused by endometrial polyps are: kidney,uterus,spleen and liver;The syndrome elements of disease nature are: blood stasis,Yang deficiency,dampness,qi stagnation and cold,among which blood stasis is the most common.4.In this study,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type of infertility caused by endometrial polyps,followed by dampness and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.5.The infertility caused by endometrial polyps is complex,mostly the syndrome of deficiency and excess,and the core disease is blood stasis.In clinical practice,accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment should be carried out according to the patient's symptoms.
