Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture and western medicine in treating spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type Hp-related duodenal ulcer(Duadenal Ulcer,DU),and provide new ideas and clinical basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:A total of 70 patients who met the criteria from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and the Department of Spleen and Stomach of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in this study, and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the computer random number method. The control group was treated with oral western medicine(standard quadruple therapy for Hp eradication for 2 weeks, followed by Proton Pump Inhibitor(PPI)for 4 weeks). On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was additionally treated with acupuncture and moxibustion of Yuanluo and acupoints, acupuncture bilateral Taibai,Fenglong, and mild moxibustion, once a day,30 minutes each time,12 days as a course of treatment, rest between each course of treatment 3d,a total of 3 courses of treatment,a total of 6 weeks. The scores of TCM symptoms,SF-36 health survey scale(hereinafter referred to as"SF-36 scale"),electronic gastroscope results, and 13C urea breath test results were collected from the two groups of patients before and after treatment, and the two groups were recorded. The incidence of adverse reactions of western medicine in the treatment process of the patients in the group.Statistical software(SPSS25.0)was used for data processing, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,TCM symptom score,SF-36 scale score, and electronic gastroscopic results between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.85%.The treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom scores:After treatment, both groups of TCM symptom scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between groups, the difference in the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the single symptom score of TCM,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the curative effect of epigastric pain, loss of appetite and mental fatigue had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.SF-36 scale score:After treatment, the SF-36 scale scores in both groups were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Electronic gastroscope:After treatment, the effective rate of ulcer healing in the treatment group was 96.88%,and the effective rate of ulcer healing in the control group was 87.88%,and the difference was statistically significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).6.Hp clearance rate:After treatment, the Hp clearance rate of the treatment group was87.50%,and that of the control group was 78.79%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.The incidence of adverse reactions of western medicines:after treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions of western medicines in the treatment group was 6.25%,and the incidence of adverse reactions of western medicines in the control group was 24.24%.The treatment group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture and Western medicine combined with acupuncture and western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of Hp-related duodenal ulcer patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type, reduce TCM symptom scores, improve quality of life, and promote ulcer healing. The incidence of adverse drug reactions.2.There is no difference in Hp clearance between the original collaterals and acupuncture combined with western medicine and the simple oral western medicine.
