Correlation Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution In Patients With Single Center Lung Cancer

Objectives:To explore the distribution rule of TCM constitution of lung cancer patients in our center,and to explore the correlation between TCM constitution of lung cancer patients and factors such as age,gender,BMI,smoking history,family history,pathological classification,TNM stage,so as to provide reference basis for TCM prevention and treatment of lung cancer.Methods:A total of 140 patients diagnosed with lung cancer after hospitalization in the department of thoracic and cardiac surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.Relevant scales such as TCM constitution determination of patients were collected before surgery,and pathological data of patients were collected after surgery.After pathological diagnosis,data were analyzed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Combined with the application of SPSS 20.0 software and EXCEL,through statistical analysis,the correlation of TCM constitution in lung cancer patients was discussed.Results:1.The age group of lung cancer patients in this study is mainly middle-aged(45-59year)and early elderly(60-74year),with more females than males.2.Adenocarcinoma was the most common pathological type of lung cancer in our center,and TNM ⅰ was the most common TNM stage.3.There is a correlation between age and TCM constitution(P<0.05): the youth group’s physique is mainly composed of peaceful constitution,qi stagnation constitution and blood stasis constitution;the middle-aged group’s physique is mainly composed of qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution;Qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution dominated in the early stage of old age;qi deficiency constitution dominated in the old age group.With the increase of age,the mean value of qi deficiency constitution(r=0.906,P<0.05)and Yin deficiency constitution(r=0.566,P<0.05)gradually increased.4.There is a correlation between gender and TCM constitution(P<0.05): male physique is dominated by qi deficiency constitution,while female physique is dominated by qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.5 With the increase of BMI,the mean values of Yang deficiency constitution(r=0.673,P<0.05),phlegm-dampness constitution(r=0.739,P<0.05)and damp-heat constitution(r=0.870,P<0.05)gradually increased.6.Smoking history is correlated with physical constitution: the constitution of smoking history is dominated by qi deficiency constitution,while the constitution of non-smoking history is dominated by qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.The mean value of qi deficiency constitution in the smoking history group was higher than that in the non-smoking history group.7.The TCM constitution of adenocarcinoma is mainly composed of qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution,while the squamous cell carcinoma is mainly composed of qi deficiency constitution.8.TNM Ⅰ stage is dominated by qi deficiency and qi stagnation constitution;TNM Ⅱstage is mainly characterized by qi deficiency constitution.TNM Ⅲ is mainly characterized by qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.TNM Ⅲ was mainly characterized by qi deficiency constitution.With the development of TNM stage,the mean values of qi deficiency constitution(r=0.684,P<0.05)and Yin deficiency constitution(r=0.495,P<0.05)gradually increased.Conclusions:1.There is a correlation between age and physique: the youth group’s physique is mainly composed of peaceful constitution,qi stagnation constitution and blood stasis constitution;the middle-aged group’s physique is mainly composed of qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution;Qi deficiency and qi stagnation dominated in the early stage of old age;qi deficiency dominated in the old age group.With the increase of age,the mean value of qi deficiency constitution and yin deficiency constitution gradually increased.2.There is a correlation between gender and physique: male physique is dominated by qi deficiency constitution,while female physique is dominated by qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.3.Smoking history is correlated with physical fitness: the physique of the smoking history group is mainly qi deficiency constitution;The constitution of the non-smoking group was mainly qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.
