| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of stimulating foot reflex area with Single index finger fist clasping technique combined with oral medicine in the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder. Methods : A total of 62 patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder who visited the Sports medicine Clinic of The Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province from 2021.06 to2022.01 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 31 patients in each group. The control group received oral drug treatment(celecoxib capsule),and the experimental group received stimulation of foot reflex area with single index finger fist clasping technique on the basis of the control group, for a total of 10 days of treatment.VAS scores before treatment,1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days, and after treatment,CMS scores before treatment,1 day,5 days, and after treatment,IL-6 levels before and after treatment, average drug dosage during treatment, and clinical efficacy after treatment were analyzed. After collecting the data,SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of general data: there were no statistically significant differences in age, gender, course of disease and limb side gender between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores: there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P> 0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of experimental group and control group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).VAS score of experimental group after treatment was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of CMS scores: there was no statistically significant difference in CMS scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P> 0.05).After treatment,CMS scores of experimental group and control group were higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time, the pain score,ADL score,ROM score and total score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in muscle strength score between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of IL-6: There was no significant difference in IL-6 determination between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 in experimental group and control group was lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time, compared with the two groups, the test group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of drug dosage: the average drug dosage of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of clinical efficacy: in the experimental group,3 cases were cured,19 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 93.3%;In the control group,1case was cured,12 cases were effective,13 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 86.7%.The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder with single index finger fist clasping technique combined with oral medication can effectively improve symptoms, relieve pain, improve range of motion of shoulder joint, reduce il-6 level and other aspects of the effect is better than oral medication alone, and can reduce the dosage of medication,so as to reduce the occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions. |
