| Objective:To understand the current status of executive function and related influencing factors in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence;to explore the effect of micro-expression recognition training on executive function of patients with schizophrenia during convalescence. Methods:Including 56 convalescent schizophrenia patients, data are collected by uniformly trained psychiatrists, including general demographic and clinical data, using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)The patients’ mental status and activities of daily living are investigated.Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-A-dult Version(BRIEF-A),Stroop Color and Word Test(SCWT),Trail Marking Test,TMT)to assess patient executive function.Use analysis of variance, multiple linear regression analysis and other methods to analyze the relevant influencing factors of executive function.Fifty-six subjects were randomly divided into an intervention group(28)and a control group(28).The intervention group use the Micro Expression Training Tool(METT)for continuous training for one week and test, and the control group only Conduct a preand post-test of the tool. After 1 week of intervention, the two groups are again test for executive function. The t-test,rank-sum test and other methods are used to compare the differences in micro-expression recognition ability and executive function before and after the intervention between the two groups and within the intervention group.Results:1.The executive function of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period has different degrees of correlation with gender, age, years of education, age of onset, duration of disease, and the number of hospitalizations(P<0.05),There is no significant correlation between executive function in ethnicity, marriage, occupation, family history of mental illness and medication(P>0.05);The patients of executive function with schizophrenia during convalescence was significantly correlated with PANSS total score(r=0.52,P<0.001)and ADL total score(r=0.35,P=0.008);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of executive function in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence were age of onset, years of education, total duration of disease,PANSS score, and age.2.After METT training, the micro-expression recognition ability of the intervention group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.001),and the micro-expression recognition ability after the intervention was significantly different from that before the intervention(P<0.05).The post-test of recognition ability was lower than that of the pre-test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in total executive function score(GEC),BRI,inhibition, emotional control,self-monitoring,task initiation, task monitoring, and organizational dimensions after METT training(P>0.05).working memory, and planning dimensions were significantly different(P<0.05);the intervention group had significant improvements in GEC,BRI,inhibition, transfer, and self-monitoring dimensions compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),but in MI,task initiation, working memory, planning, task monitoring, organization There was no significant difference in dimensions(P>0.05);After METT training, the intervention group significantly reduced the time spent on each card in SCWT compared with the control group(P<0.01),and the correct rate of each card was significantly increased(P<0.001);The time of SIE was significantly decreased(P=0.007),and the correct rate of SIE was significantly decreased(P<0.001),but the increase rate of SCWT time-consuming was not significantly different between the intervention groups and within the group(P>0.05).After METT training, the time-consuming of each card, the correct rate of each card, the time of SIE,and the correct rate of SIE were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After METT training, the time spent in TMT-A and TMT-B in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),Compared with the control group, the 10 s arrival time in the intervention group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.01),but the time difference of TMT did not decrease significantly compared with the control group(P>0.05).The intra-group comparison before and after the intervention group showed that the time-consuming of TMT-A and TMT-B,the 10 s arrival number and the time-consuming difference of TMT were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Among the convalescent schizophrenia patients, the older the female, the older, the lower the education level, the earlier the age of onset, the longer the total duration of the disease, and the more hospitalizations, the more severe the impairment of executive function, and the more severe the damage to the executive function of patients, and it is related to the negative mental state of the patient.Symptoms are more closely related to their level of daily living activities.(2)The micro-expression recognition training can significantly improve the ability of micro-expression recognition in convalescent schizophrenia patients.(3)The Micro-expression recognition training can improve the behavioral management index and overall executive function of executive function in convalescent schizophrenia patients, but fails to improve the metacognitive index of executive function.Executive function dimension analysis shows that micro-expression recognition training can improve the dimensions of inhibition, conversion, and self-monitoring in the executive function behavior management index. |
