Objective This research mainly through the study of psychological and nerve evaluation of patients with different cerebellar hemisphere infarction, and combining the cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), discuss the influences of cerebellar hemisphere infarction on cognitive function, To explore the relationship of nonmotor role of the Cerebellum status and controling cognitive function,to provide relevant basis for further in-depth study for nomotor roe of the cerebellum in the future.Methods In March 2014 to March 2015, department of neurology of 16 patients with differert cerebellar hemisphere infarction cases as a group;At the same time,select match the age, level of education, clinical and imaging examination without any nervous system was abnormal 16 cases as control group.Cases in the 10 to 30 days after the onset of a stable condition, can complete all cognitive function test.Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and Mini-Mental state examination(MMSE) are used for the overall assessment of the cognitive of the case group and the control group; Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Modified Apathy Evaluation Scale (MAES) are used for emotional cognitive assessment; Digit Span Test(DST、Trail Making Test(TMT)、Verbal Fluency Task(VFT)、Frontal Assessment Battery(FAB) and Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST) are used for the executive function assessment;.Application of about 3.0 T MRI scanning system of the cerebellum hemisphere lesions in patients with whole brain magnetic resonance imaging. And use the T1 weighted like, using MRIcron software layer in the standard template of lesions on the stack.Using SPSS20.0 software of data for statistical analysis.Results (1) The cerebellar infarction group compared with the control group, MAES, RA, nRPE score were significantly higher than that of control group, MoCA, MMSE, DST, TMT, CC scores were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).(2)cases of cerebellum, the left hemisphere infarction,compared with the right hemisphere infarction,scores in the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions (1) The cerebellum is involved in the formation process and processing of part cognition, the executive function, mood cognitive all have varying degrees of decline after cerebellar infarction.(2)Both the unilateral cerebellum infarction can make the executive function, mood cognitive produces different degrees of damage.(3) But,different cerebellum hemisphere no difference between the cognitive impairment after infarction.(4) The reason why cerebellar damage can effect on executive function may be caused by cerebellar nuclei lesion.
