Observation On The Curative Effect Of Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough Complicated With Small Airway Dysfunction

Objectives: The purpose of this project is to use Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction to treat patients with chronic cough complicated and small airway dysfunction.By evaluating the the Chinese medicine symptom score,cough symptom score,cough visual analog score(VAS),Leicester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ),lung function(FEF50%%pre、FEF75%%pre、FEF25%~75%%pre、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%pre)and other indicators of patients before and after treatment,This paper expounds the therapeutic effect of Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction on chronic cough and its effect on small airway function,further improves the understanding of the common clinical disease of chronic cough with small airway dysfunction,and provides theoretical basis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic cough complicated with small airway dysfunction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Among the patients treated in the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021,120 patients with chronic cough complicated with small airway dysfunction were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment for chronic cough and improvement of small airway function: montelukast sodium tablets and budesonide formoterol inhalation powder and other symptomatic treatments were given according to the condition;On the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group,the observation group was given Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction granules,mixed with water,one dose a day,and two doses in the morning and evening;Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.To evaluate the effect of Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction on chronic cough patients and its effect on small airway function,the indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and recorded statistically and analyzed.Results: 1.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,cough symptom score,cough visual analog score,LCQ(physiological,psychological and social fields),lung function index(FEF50%%pre、FEF75%%pre、FEF25%~75%%pre、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%pre)in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,cough visual simulation score and cough symptom score of the observation group were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the LCQ(physiological,psychological and social fields)of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The improvement degree of lung function(FEF50%%pre、FEF75%%pre、FEF25%~75%%pre、FEV1/FVC%pre)in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement degree of lung function(FVC,FEV1)between the two groups(P>0.05);3.No obvious abnormality was found in the safety indexes of the two groups after treatment.Conclution: Qingjinhuayinzhike Decoction for relieving cough has a significant clinical effect on chronic cough,and can effectively improve the function of small airway in patients with chronic cough and improve their quality of life.
