Research On Clinical Manifestation And Prescription Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis and traditional Chinese medicine prescription,summarize and refine the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics to provide data support for improving TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:The selected patients were all outpatients and inpatients of the Department of spleen and stomach of Jinan Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2022,all of the cases met the diagnostic criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis in modern medicine.The symptoms,tongue,pulse,gastroscopic manifestations and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,the obtained information were standardized and digitized,using data mining methods to summarize lawsResults:933 patients were included.7335 pieces of symptom information,1644 pieces of tongue information and 2226 pieces of pulse information were obtained,five symptomatic tongue and pulse cluster analysis groups were divided.Seven general TCM syndrome elements were summarized from the symptoms and tongue and pulse manifestations.3546 pieces of gastroscopic performance information were obtained,and the high confidence association rules between gastroscopic performance and TCM syndrome elements were obtained.A total of128 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,and the cumulative use frequency was 18288.17955 pieces of drug information,29982 pieces of drug taste information and48861 pieces of attributive channel information were obtained,and six traditional Chinese medicine cluster analysis groups were dividedConclusion:The symptoms,tongue and pulse of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis are related to the syndrome elements such as excessive stomach heat,dampness evil trapping the spleen,disharmony between liver and stomach,weakness of spleen and stomach,stasis of gastric collaterals and so on.The gastroscopic manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis have certain correlations with TCM syndrome elements.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine are usually warm,flat and cold.The medicinal taste is often pungent,sweet and bitter.The attributive channel are mainly spleen,stomach and liver.The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine embodies the treatment methods of dispelling dampness and strengthening the spleen,eliminating food and strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver and regulating qi,softening the liver and relieving contracture,tonifying the spleen and stomach,promoting qi and relieving distension,restraining acid and relieving pain.
