| Objective: Through studying and analyzing the prescriptions of Professor Liu Ruifen in the treatment of adenomyosis based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assist Platform System(V3.0),which contains drug frequency results, commonly used drug pairs, core combinations and new prescriptions,we can systematically study the prescription rules of Professor Liu Ruifen in the treatment of adenomyosis,so as to learn and inherit Professor Liu Ruifen’s experience in the treatment of adenomyosis and provide new ideas for better treatment of adenomyosis. Methods: Collect the initial and follow-up medical records(2-5 times)of patients diagnosed with adenomyosis from December 1,2019 to January 31,2021 at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Professor Liu Ruifen. With the help of "TCM Inheritance Assist Platform System(V3.0)",the collected medical cases and herbal prescriptions were statistically analyzed.According to the results,we summarized the medication pattern of Professor Liu Ruifen in the treatment of this disease. The improvement of TCM evidence scores and VAS pain efficacy scores of 60 patients before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: The age of onset of this disease is concentrated in 39-50 years old.The frequency of clinical symptoms of patients from high to low mainly included pain in the abdomen during menstruation, blood clots in the menstrual blood, and heavy menstrual flow. The patients’ tongue textures are mainly dull red, followed by dull tongue, and the tongue coatings are mainly thin white moss, followed by white moss. The pulses are predominantly sunken and astringent, followed by sunken and thin pulse. The treatment is based on Chinese herbal staging therapy, which is divided into non-menstrual treatment and premenstrual treatment. In non-menstrual treatment, the main drugs used are those for invigorating deficiency(including nourish the spleen and nourish the qi class, nourish the liver and kidneys, nourishing yin, drugs for blood replenishment),invigorating blood stasis, and regulating qi,with four gases of the drug being mainly warm, the five tastes being mainly bitter, and the drug’s meridian being mainly the liver meridian, the spleen meridian and kidney meridian. In premenstrual treatment, the most commonly used drugs are those that invigorate blood circulation, remove blood stasis, dispel internal cold, and tonic the deficiency. The four qi statistics of the drugs in premenstrual treatment are mainly warm, the five flavors are mainly pungent, and the drug’s meridian being mainly the spleen meridian the liver meridian, and stomach meridian.Three potential new prescriptions for commonly used drug pairs, drug core combinations and non-menstrual treatment were analyzed.Dysmenorrhea,The VAS efficacy scores and TCM evidence scores improved significantly in 60 patients before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was 98.33%.Conclusions: Based on the statistical analysis of the TCM Inheritance Assist Platform System(V3.0),this study summarizes the medication rules and characteristics of Professor Liu Ruifen in the treatment of adenomyosis.Professor Liu Ruifen believes that the treatment of adenomyosis should be treated with traditional Chinese medicine cycle sequential therapy. The main pathogenesis of non-menstrual period is positive qi deficiency, sputum stasis mutual knots, treatment to supplement the weakness of phlegm, dispel stasis and loose knots, and the most commonly used drugs for treatment are tonic, blood circulation and blood stasis, and qi regulating. The main pathogenesis of premenstrual period is cold coagulation and blood stasis, which is treated to relieve stasis and relieve pain, warm menstruation and cold, and the most commonly used drugs in treatment are blood-activating and stasis-removing,dispelling internal cold and invigorating.During the treatment, the pathogenesis should be observed, the evidence should be examined for the cause, and the treatment should be carried out in stages. |
