The Clinical Curative Effect Observation And Experimental Study Of Bushen Hemai Decoction On The Treatment Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical observation,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Hemai Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension complicated with ren al damage of kidney qi deficiency type,and to provide theoretical basis for antihypert ensive and renal protection of Bushen Hemai Decoction;in addition,through animal experiments,the effects of Bushen on blood pressure and renal lipid peroxidation in el derly spontaneously hypertensive rats were explored,so as to reveal the mechanism of Bushenhemai Recipe in alleviating renal damage in elderly hypertensive rats.Methods:Clinical study:60 elderly patients with hypertensive renal damage of kidney qi deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment and western medicine antihypertensive treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen Hemai Decoction on this basis for 12 weeks.The efficacy and safety of each index were observed at the end of the experiment.Animal experiment:Thirty 64-week-old SHR rats were randomly divided into the model group,the Bushen Hemai group and the western medicine control group（n=10）.Ten 64-week-old WKY rats were used as the blank group.The Bushen Hemai group was given the Bushen Hemai decoction-free granules(crude drug concentration:14.4g·kg^-1·d^-1)by gavage.The western medicine control group was given valsartan(drug concentration:14.4 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)by gavage.The model group and the blank group were given the same amount of physiological saline by gavage,with a daily gavage volume of 2 m L,for 12 weeks.After the end of the experiment,the samples were collected for detection.Results:Clinical studies were eventually included in the experimental group and the control group,each 29 people:1.After treatment,systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,urinary albumin,TCM syndrome score significantly improved（P<0.01）,renal function,renal blood flow resistance index and quality of life were improved（P<0.05）,the diastolic blood pressure did not change significantly（P>0.05）,no adverse events in the treatment;2.The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group（P<0.01）.In animal experiments:1.Compared with western medicine control group,the systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure of Bushen Hemai group decreased significantly（P<0.05）,the diastolic blood pressure level was higher than western medicine control group,but the difference was not significant（P>0.05）;2.The contents of urinary microalbumin,LPO and MDA in Bushen Hemai group were significantly lower than those of western medicine control group（P<0.05）,and the renal SOD level was significantly increased（P<0.05）;3.HE staining showed that Bushen Hemai group compared with western medicine control group and model group,the degree of lesion was significantly reduced,but there was still a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion:Bushen Hemai Decoction is effective in the treatment of renal damage in elderly hypertensive patients with deficiency of kidney-qi.Its effect of stable antihypertensive and renal protection is affirmed,and there are no adverse reactions and side effects.Bushen Hemai Decoction can reduce renal lipid peroxidation,urinary protein excretion,and renal damage in elderly hypertensive patients while lowering blood pressure.
