Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis With The Combination Of Muscles And Bones Tuina Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of muscles and bones tuina therapy in treating cervical spondylosis and provide a clinical basis for treating cervical spondylosis by combining muscles and bones tuina therapy.Methods: According to the random number table,60 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional tuina therapy(refer to the "13th Five-Year Plan" "Tuina Therapy"),and the observation group was treated with the combination of muscles and bones tuina therapy.Both groups were treated 3 times a week on alternate days for a total of4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),neck symptom and sign score scale,and Cervical Disorder Index(NDI)score table was filled in respectively.The criteria for judging the curative effect were drawn up concerning Diagnostic and Efficacy Criteria for Chinese Medicine.The above data are processed,analyzed,and evaluated by SPSS26.0 statistical system.Results: 1.In the clinical curative effect,5 cases were cured,17 cases were apparently effective,7 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective in the observation group,obvious treatment rate was 73.3%,with a total effective rate of 96.6%.In the control group,1 case was cured,12 cases were apparently effective,15 cases were effective,and 2cases were not cured,Significant healing efficiency rate was 43.3% and the total effective rate was 93.3%.Through the statistical analysis,After statistical analysis,the difference in total clinical efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the VAS scores,neck symptom and sign score,and NDI score of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that VAS scores,neck symptom and sign score,and NDI score was comparable between the two groups before treatment.There were significant differences in VAS,neck symptom and sign score and NDI score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that the two groups had obvious curative effects on relieving pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis,improving limitation of cervical movement,and improving quality of life.After treatment,there were significant differences in VAS,neck symptom and sign score,and NDI scores between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the observation group was superior to the control group in relieving neck pain,improving the limitation of cervical movement,and improving the quality of life.Conclusion: The clinical effect of the combination of muscles and bones tuina therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is better than that of conventional tuina therapy,so it is worth further popularizing and using.
