| Objective: To use "Song ’ s Hydroacoustics Pulse Diagnosis Instrument" to measure the characteristic acoustic waves of cunkou pulse in the middle and third trimester of pregnancy women and relatively healthy non-pregnant women,compare the waves form difference,analyze the manifestations of radial artery acoustic waves,and explore the changes of characteristic sound waves in the middle and third trimester of pregnancy women.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,the middle and third trimester of pregnant women were collected in strict accordance with the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,and the acoustic waveform of pregnant women in middle and third trimester pregnancy and relatively healthy non-pregnant women were collected by Song ’ s Hydroacoustics Pulse Diagnosis Instrument.The specific operation steps are as follows:(1)Take the seat after quiet rest for 5-10 minutes,use the Song’s Hydroacoustics Pulse Diagnosis Instrument to collect the acoustic waves of left and right hand cunkou pulse of relatively healthy non-pregnant women and pregnant women in the middle and third trimester pregnancy,and record the detected acoustic waves information with the software Cool Edit Pro;(2)Compare the morphological differences,use MATLAB software to superimpose the time domain diagram and analyze the acoustic waves,and explore the characteristics of acoustic waves of radial artery in the middle and third trimester pregnancy;(3)Diagnostic tests were used to preliminarily evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of acoustic waves in the diagnosis of pregnant women in middle and third trimester pregnancy.Results:(1)The amplitude of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,and the range with frequency is larger.The frequency concentration area of characteristic acoustic waves is mainly30-125 hz,which is a low-frequency audible acoustic waves.(2)After Matlab analysis,the pulse image of the experimental group is obviously different from that of the control group,mainly in the third layer of Chi pulse.(3)The DG segment of the second heart acoustic in the third layer of the Chi pulse in the experimental group is greater than that in the control group,and the HI segment is more chaotic than that in the control group.The waveform of the HI segment in the fourth is also chaotic and the DG segment of the fifth layer shows small changes.(4)There are relatively high frequency signals in the third,fourth and fifth layers of Chi pulse in the experimental group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The multi-scale entropy of the third,fourth and fifth layers of Chi pulse in the experimental group are significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).It shows that the waveform of the experimental group is more complex than that of the control group.(6)In the diagnostic test,the sensitivity and specificity of Song’s Hydroacoustics Pulse Diagnosis Instrument in the diagnosis of pregnancy women in the middle and third trimester pregnancy,which had good diagnostic value.Conclusion: The characteristic acoustic waves of the pregnancy women in the middle and third trimester pregnancy is a low-frequency audible acoustic waves.The pulse of the pregnancy women in the middle and third trimester pregnancy is significantly different from that of relatively healthy non-pregnant women,and Song’s Hydroacoustic Pulse Diagnosis Instrument can better collect the pulse of pregnant women in the middle and third trimester pregnancy,so as to judge the pregnancy status. |
