Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Rough pulse is one of the most representative pulse types in modern sphygmology, but its physical properties need to be further clarified. After years of clinical practice, the tutor has found that rough pulse might be an abnormal low frequency audible acoustic wave. This study intends to explore the abnormal low frequency audible acoustic wave of rough pulse in patients with sequelae stage of cerebral infarction. Methods:In this study,a customized acoustic pulse image collection system was used to collect low frequency audible acoustic waves of rough pulse of patients with sequelae stage of cerebral infarction, and the pulse of low frequency audible acoustic waves of relatively healthy people was also collected. The two were compared to observe whether the pulse of acoustic waves of patients with sequelae stage of cerebral infarction presented abnormal manifestations.Diagnostic tests were performed and evaluated. The pressure wave of the pulse of the two groups of subjects was collected by using the the daosheng quad diagnostic instrument, and the differences between them were observed by comparing the acoustic pulse charts. The differences between the pulse diagram of the acoustic wave and the pressure wave were observed. Results:It is possible that the rough pulse in patients with sequelae stage of cerebral infarction is the abnormal low frequency audible acoustic wave in the fourth layer of cun pulse. Conclusion:There are abnormal low frequency audible acoustic waves in the rough pulse of patients with sequelae stage of cerebral infarction.
