| Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhuang medicine umbilical ring needle combined with medicated-thread moxibustion therapy in the treatment of liver and stomach qi stagnation type epigastric pain, and provide reference for clinical treatment of liver and stomach qi stagnation type epigastric pain. Methods:Sixty cases that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table, with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of zhuang medicine line moxibustion, the treatment group was combined with Zhuang medicine acupuncture at Umbilical ring point, while the control group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.(1)Treatment group:(1)Acupuncture:3 points(spleen and stomach)and 9 points(liver and gallbladder)were taken;in group A,another 10.5 points,12 points,1.5points,4.5 points,6 points,7.5 points were taken clockwise; For the 15patients in group B,7.5,6,4.5,1.5,12 and 10.5 points were taken anticlockwise.(2)Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion:after the original acupuncture point is given drug line point therapy.(2)Control group:(1)Acupuncture:Shuangzusanli,Shuangneiguan,Shuangtaichong,Zhongwan and Left phase men were taken.(2)Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion:after the original acupuncture point is given drug line point therapy, and the operation was the same as that of the treatment group.(3)Two groups were treated twice a week,4 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.(4)Clinical efficacy, analgesic effect,TCM symptom score, quality of life score, influence of different acupuncture sequence on analgesic effect and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.(5)The research data were sorted out and summarized, and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy:in the treatment group,8 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 82%;In the control group,5 cases were effective,16 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 72%.χ~2=0.892,P=0.345?0.05,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group is similar.(2)Comparison of acupuncture analgesia time between the two groups:P=0.00?0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the onset time of analgesia in the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of TCM symptom score:before and after comparison of treatment group,P=0.00?0.05;Comparison of control group before and after treatment,P=0.00?0.05;Comparison between the two groups,P=0.254?0.05.It is suggested that both groups have significant clinical efficacy, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of epigastric pain, and the scores of the two groups are significantly improved after treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups is similar.(4)Comparison of quality of life:before and after comparison of treatment group,P=0.00?0.05;Comparison of control group before and after treatment,P=0.00?0.05;Comparison between the two groups,P=0.180?0.05.These results indicated that both groups had significant clinical efficacy and could significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.(5)Comparison of the order of umbilical ring needle acupuncture:P=0.804?0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in analgesic effect between different acupuncture sequences in the treatment group.(6)Comparison of adverse reactions:0 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group,P=0.313?0.05,indicating that the two groups are equally safe and effective.Conclusion:(1)Zhuang medicine acupuncture of umbilical acupoints combined with medicated-thread moxibustion therapy in the treatment of liver and stomach qi stagnation type epigastric pain has a good effect.(2)Zhuang medicine acupuncture of umbilical acupoints combined with medicated-thread moxibustion therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with epigastric pain of liver and stomach qi stagnation type.(3)The analgesic onset time of Zhuang medicine acupuncture of umbilical acupoints combined with medicated-thread moxibustion therapy in the treatment of liver and stomach qi stagnation type epigastric pain was better than the control group.(4)On the basis of acupuncture at 3 points(spleen and stomach)and 9 points(liver and gallbladder),the sequence of acupuncture at other 6 points had no significant effect on the onset time of analgesia.(5)Zhuang medicine acupuncture of umbilical acupoints combined with medicated-thread moxibustion therapy is safe and reliable without adverse reactions. |
