Clinical Analysis Of Eight Bone Setting Methods Combined With Minimally Invasive Surgery In The Treatment Of Ankle Fracture

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of eight bone setting methods combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of ankle fracture with traditional open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture,to provide a safer,more reasonable and more efficient treatment idea and method for the clinical treatment of ankle fracture,and to promote and share its treatment experience and experience.Methods:This study was conducted on the patients with ankle fracture treated in the Department of orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2019 to January 2021.After admission,the basic information of the patients was recorded.After the diagnosis was made,the informed consent of the patients was obtained,and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group and the control group were treated with routine detumescence,pain relief and antithrombotic treatment after admission.After completing relevant auxiliary examinations and actively treating relevant medical diseases,the experimental group was treated with surgery on the2nd-7th day after admission.The experimental group was planned to implement traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction combined with minimally invasive hand treatment,and the control group was planned to implement traditional open reduction and internal fixation.To investigate the ankle swelling value on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th day and 1st month after operation,record the VAS pain index score on the 1st,4th and 7th day after operation,record the X-ray on the same day,1st month,2nd month and 3rd month after operation,record the time to reach the clinical healing standard,and record the AOFAS ankle function score on the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th month,5th and 6th month after operation.Further analyze the differences and causes between the two,so as to provide reference materials for clinical practice.Spss22 0 for statistical analysis,if it conforms to the normal distribution,the independent t-test between two samples can be used;If it does not conform to the normal distribution,the rank sum test can be used,with P ≤ 0.05 as the statistical difference and P < 0.01 as the significant difference.Results:(1)swelling value: after the normal distribution test of ankle circumference in the two groups by single sample kolmogorow Smirnov test,it was found that the p value of the data was > 0.05.It was considered that the swelling value of the two groups accorded with the normal distribution at different times.The variance of the circumference of the affected side ankle was uneven after 3 days.T-test was used to analyze the t-value of the circumference of the affected side of the ankle in different groups on the first day,third day,fifth day,seventh day and one month after operation.The results are shown in the table above,and the p-values are less than 0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the postoperative swelling value of the two groups.(2)VAS pain score: after a single sample kolmogorow Smirnov test was used to test the normal distribution of the postoperative VAS pain score of the two groups of cases,it was found that the data p value was > 0.05.It was considered that the VAS pain score of the two groups of cases accorded with the normal distribution at different times.The pain score was uneven on the 1st and 4th day after operation.T-test was used to test the indexes of the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05,indicating that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group.(3)Postoperative landing time: after the single sample kolmogorow Smirnov test was used to test the normal distribution of the postoperative landing time of the two groups of cases,it was found that the data p value was > 0.05.It was considered that the landing time of the two groups of cases conformed to the normal distribution,and the variance of the postoperative landing time was uneven.T-test was used to test the indexes of the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05,indicating that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group.(4)Clinical healing time: after the single sample kolmogorow Smirnov test was used to test the normal distribution of the postoperative clinical healing time of the two groups of cases,it was found that the data p value was > 0.05.It is considered that the postoperative clinical healing time of the two groups of cases conforms to the normal distribution,and the variance of the postoperative grounding time is uneven.T-test was used to test the indexes of the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05,indicating that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group.(5)AOFAS(ankle hind foot score):after the normal distribution test of postoperative AOFAS(ankle hind foot score)of the two groups of cases by single sample kolmogorow Smirnov test,it is found that the data p value is > 0.05.It is considered that the postoperative AOFAS(ankle hind foot score)of the two groups of cases conforms to the normal distribution,and the variance of postoperative landing time is uneven.T-test was used to test the indexes of the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05,indicating that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group.Conclusion: The application of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction combined with surgery for B3 ankle fracture has achieved good results.especially in reducing swelling,reducing pain,reducing inflammatory indicators and shortening the waiting time for surgery,However,it had little effect on the recovery of ankle function 6 months after operation.Therefore,the application of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of B3 ankle fractures in the early stage is an ideal choice.
