Clinical Research On Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain With Daoyin

Objective:To observe the effect of Daoyin surgery on the pain,lumbar spine mobility and quality of life of chronic non-specific low back pain.Method:A total of 64 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and outpatient clinics from March 2021 to June 2021 were selected and divided into a control group of 32 cases and an experimental group of 32 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received computer medium-frequency electrotherapy treatment,and the experimental group received Daoyin surgery based on the treatment plan of the control group.The control group received 30 minutes of treatment each time,while the experimental group received 30 minutes of daoyin training,5 days a week,and 4 weeks of continuous training.Before and after treatment and 3months after the end of treatment,visual analogue scale,Oswestry Disability Index,lumbar range of motion,and the MOS item short from health survey were uniformly evaluated.Result:There was no significant difference in VAS,ODI,lumbar extension range of motion,lumbar back extension range of motion,left lumbar flexion range of motion,right lumbar flexion range of motion,and SF-36 score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the VAS,ODI,lumbar extension range of motion,lumbar back extension range of motion,left lumbar spine flexion range of motion,right lumbar spine flexion range of motion,and SF-36 scores were improved in the control group and experimental group compared with those before treatment.(P<0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);During the follow-up after 3 months,the VAS,ODI,lumbar extension range of motion,left lumbar flexion range of motion,right lumbar flexion range of motion,and SF-36 score in the control group and the experimental group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05)and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the range of motion of lumbar flexion in the control group compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Daoyin surgery of "The Causes of Diseases and Syndrome" can significantly improve the pain level,lumbar range of motion and dysfunction in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain,and improve their quality of life.
