Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Heisuga-25 on patients with Galasa disease and the expression of GDNF,IL-1β and TNF-α in serumMethods:1.A total of 70 patients with Galasa disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from December 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the Heisuga-25 treatment group and the control group;2.To observe the changes of Galasa score,NIHSS score,m RS score and ADL score of the two groups before treatment,7 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment;3.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression changes of GDNF,IL-1 β and TNF-a levels in the two groups before treatment,24 h and 7 day after treatment;Results:1.The effective rate of Heisuga-25 treatment group was better than the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);2.On the 7th day after treatment,the GDNF level in the Heisuga-25 treatment group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The IL-1β and TNF-a in the Heisuga-25 treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in GDNF,IL-1 β and TNF-a levels between the treatment group and the control group at 24 h after treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P >0.05).5.Compared with the control group,the Galasa score,NIHSS score and m RS score on the 7th and 28 th days after treatment in the Heisuga-25 treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P < 0.05).6.The ADL scores on the 7th and 28 th days after treatment in the Heisuga-25 treatment group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Heisuga-25 can significantly reduce the level of Galasa score,NIHSS score and m RS score,and increased ADL score,suggesting that Heisuga-25 can significantly improve the neurological function score and prognosis of patients with Galasa disease;2.Heisuga-25 treatment can improve the GDNF level and reduce the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in patients,suggesting that the mechanism of Heisuga-25 treatment for Galasa disease may be related to up-regulating the expression of GDNF and reducing the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α.
