| With the advancement of the times and the rapid development of information technology,hospitals must pay more attention to strengthening the development of informationization at the same time as improving the overall service level.The electronic medical record system is an important part of the medical information system and is the core of a patient-centered next-generation medical information system.It can acquire all patient information more quickly,completely,and accurately.The use of XML(Extensible Markup Language,e Xtensible Markup Language)technology to describe electronic medical records can well represent the complex forms of electronic medical records and facilitate the sharing and exchange of medical records data.With XSL(Extensible style sheet Language,Extensible Style Language)technology,you can use the browser to conveniently display XML medical records,so that you can easily obtain medical records in different places,without having to install a specific application.Oracle XML DB’s strong support for XML technology provides a feasible method for solving problems such as description,storage,data sharing and exchange of electronic medical records,and provides a solution for implementing cross-platform electronic medical record systems.This article first introduced the electronic medical record briefly.Through the research on the basic problems in the development of electronic medical records,we proposed the design and implementation of the hospital electronic medical record system based on Oracle XMLDB technology to facilitate the sharing and exchange of medical record data,so as to facilitate individuals.The realization of the center’s electronic medical record system provides the foundation for the establishment of a follow-up data center.Then,the main techniques of Orale XML DB were studied and analyzed.On this basis,the hospital inpatient electronic medical record system based on XMLDB technology was designed.The system realized the basic functions of establishing,modifying,querying,transferring and rights management of inpatient department medical records.This article focuses on how to generate,save,and display medical document formats in XML format for data sharing and exchange in Oracle XMLDB,and presents corresponding solutions instead of the implementation of system business logic.This paper proposes to establish a data center and implements a preliminary idea of an XML-based electronic medical record system architecture.This paper introduces the hospital electronic medical records based on Oracle XML DB technology,and converts medical record information into XML electronic medical record documents,saves them in XML DB Repository,and combines XP Path(XML Path)and XSL technology to implement query and display of XML medical record documents. |
