The Research On The Economic Consequences Of The Financial-Industrial Integration Of WENS

With the continuous deepening of China ’s financial market reform,the integration of industry and finance is becoming more and more common.The involvement of the real economy in the financial industry has become one of the important choices for enterprises to move towards scale.The integration of industry and finance can help enterprises reduce information asymmetry and transaction costs.At the same time,the integration of industrial capital and financial capital is also an important means for enterprises to effectively allocate capital and break the financial dilemma.After the impact of the COVID-19,the integration of industry and finance reflects its increasingly significant advantages.In the new economic era,the capital market has become one of the important ways to optimize the allocation of resources.The state ’s support for the real economy of financial services has been increasing.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and people ’s livelihood.People are also full of deep expectations for rural revitalization.As an important participant,the development of agricultural listed companies will naturally attract people ’s attention.In order to achieve a higher level of development,more and more agricultural enterprises have also turned their attention to the integration of industry and finance.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of the integration of industry and finance of agricultural listed companies.In the process of continuous improvement and development of China ’s capital market and financial system,the integration of industry and finance of agricultural listed companies will be the only way to enhance their comprehensive strength.Under this background,this thesis takes WENS,one of the leading agricultural enterprises,as the research object.Firstly,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the motivation,mode and economic consequences of the integration of industry and finance are sorted out,and the concept and related overview of the integration of industry and finance are summarized;secondly,the development status of the industrial-financial integration in China and the demand of agricultural enterprises for the industrial-financial integration are summarized,thus leading to the object of this study,WENS,after a brief overview of the company,we summarize the motivation for choosing the path of the industrial-financial integration and the concrete measures to achieve the industrial-financial integration;then we analyze the economic consequences of the industrial-financial integration for the company from the changes of four aspects: market performance,financial performance,investment and financing activities and enterprise value,and analyze the reasons for their creation.When the industry is in a relatively stable stage,the higher the degree of the industrial-financial integration,the more obvious the positive economic consequences for the enterprise,while WENS is in a volatile stage of the industry,the industrial-financial integration strategy is difficult to bring a buffer effect for the enterprise;finally,in view of the above study,summarize the case of the industrial-financial integration of WENS can bring what inspiration and thinking for enterprises in the industry.
