| Gentiana veitchiorum is one of the most important medicinal plants of Gentiana genus,and has high ornamental value.It is not only an important medicinal plant in Tibetan medicine but also a famous alpine flower.It is urgent to develop and utilize through cultivation to achieve the goal of both protection and development.Moreover,as an important ecological protection area in China,the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has long winters and short summers.Gentiana veitchiorum,prefers cold and shade and is more suitable for growth.Besides,its beautiful and unique color can lay a foundation for the garden construction of Nyingchi City.In order to better protect and develop Gentiana veitchiorum hosta,the research was carried out to lay a foundation for future protection and mass production.Based on the cuttage survival test of Gentiana veitchiorum,the physiological and biochemical changes under different exogenous hormones,the different matrix ratio and the ability to carry soil balls were applied to select the system process that could greatly improve the growth of Gentiana veitchiorum under appropriate conditions.The research results are as follows:1.Through the test,it is concluded that the suitable cutting time of Gentiana veitchiorum is November,the temperature and light at this time are the most suitable for growth,and the rooting effect is increased after treatment with a single hormone IBA.The overall rooting rate could reach more than 97%,the callus rate could reach more than 95%in November,and the rot rate decreased significantly in November.2.Study on physiology and biochemistry of Gentiana veitchiorum after spraying Ca Cl2and KH2PO4after transplanting;It was found that when calcium chloride was 100 mg/L and potassium dihydrogen phosphate was 300 mg/L,MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein,chlorophyll and root activity were significantly different,which improved root toughness and stability of transplantation.3.Through the study of the transplanting technique of Gentiana veitchiorum with soil balls,it was found that the treatment with soil balls carried by the root system with HPMC added after transplanting combined with the matrix of perlite,vermiculite and garden soil(ratio of 1:0:2)and HPMC 300mg/L as soil binder had the best effect.The soil compactness is closest to the soil environment where the mother of blue jade haira grows under the combination of the above concentration and substrate. |
