In order to clarify the suitable drought-resistant agent and application concentration for Linzhi maize production,four maize varieties of Zheng Dan958,Long Ping 716,Zhao He A79 and Xin Yu 80 were used as materials to study the effects of two drought-resistant agents(Dryland dragon and DCPTA)on drought resistance index,physiological characteristics and yield of maize through germination,seedling and field experiments.The results show that :1.Drought resistance agent treatment reduced the damage of water stress on maize seeds,improved the germination Potential and germination rate of maize seeds,seed germination drought resistance index and storage material transfer rate,50μmol / L Dryland dragon had a good effect on improving the germination Potential,germination rate and seed germination drought resistance index of four maize varieties,25 μ mol / L Dryland dragon had a significant effect on improving the storage material transfer rate of four maize varieties.2.The chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity and soluble protein(SP)content of maize seedlings were promoted by the solution and DCPTA solution,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was inhibited.The optimum concentrations were 50μmol / L and 60μmol / L,respectively.3.The drought resistance effect of two kinds of drought resistant agents on maize growth period was studied by field experiment.The drought-resistant agent can reduce the damage of water stress to maize plants,and increase the plant height,ear length,diameter,grain number per row,row number per ear,100-grain weight and grain weight per ear to varying degrees.In summary,after drought stress,the improvement of most measurement indexes of Zheng Dan 958,Long Ping 716,Zhao He A79 and Xin Yu 80 treated with 50μmol / L Dryland dragon concentration in this experiment was better than that of DCPTA,which could effectively alleviate the adverse effects of drought on maize and increase yield. |
