Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Leisure Agriculture Demonstration County On Agro-ecological Efficiency

The development of leisure agriculture is one of the effective means to promote China’s rural economic transformation and Rural Revitalization.Based on the relevant theories of the impact of leisure agriculture demonstration counties on agro-ecological efficiency,through literature review and analysis of the current situation of leisure agriculture,the inputoutput indicators to measure agro-ecological efficiency are selected.Based on the panel data of 122 counties in Hunan Province from 2007 to 2018,this study uses the super efficiency SBM model with unexpected output to measure the agro-ecological efficiency.This paper divides Hunan Province into four regions and analyzes the agro-ecological efficiency of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan region,southern Hunan region,Dongting Lake region and Western Hunan region.The main reason for the decline of county agro-ecological efficiency in Hunan Province is that there are too many agricultural input factors and the pollution to the ecological environment in the process of agricultural production,and the establishment of leisure agriculture demonstration county can just improve these two points.Therefore,we put forward the hypothesis that leisure agriculture demonstration county can improve agroecological efficiency.Then,taking the data of 13 national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration counties in Hunan Province as the processing group and 109 other counties in Hunan Province as the control group,this research uses psm-did method to verify the impact of leisure agriculture demonstration counties on agro-ecological efficiency and clarify the impact mechanism of leisure agriculture development on Agro-ecological efficiency.The results show that leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration counties have a significant positive impact on agro-ecological efficiency.Based on the empirical research conclusions,this article puts forward the following policy suggestions: to promote the transformation of rural economy by demonstration;to regulate leisure agriculture by dynamic supervision;to improve farmers’ participation and benefit,to improve the interest linkage mechanism;to optimize the investment environment of leisure agriculture.
