| Gengdu education is a form of education that combines farming and studying,an important way to carry out labor education in agriculture-related colleges and universities,and an important tool for agriculture-related colleges and universities to cultivate morality and talents in the three rural areas,which plays an important role in educating people with moral,intellectual,aesthetic and physical strength.Since its establishment,agriculturerelated colleges and universities have been inextricably linked with Gengdu education,and they also have unique and distinct advantages.Over the years,agriculture-related colleges and universities have adhered to the combination of education and production,achieved certain results in Gengdu education,and cultivated a large number of talents for China’s agricultural and rural modernization.However,in the process of talent training,there are also problems such as unsystematic Gengdu education,insufficient close connection with the actual "three rural areas",the link of practical education needs to be strengthened,and the number of graduates facing employment and entrepreneurship in agriculture and rural areas is small,which seriously affects the effect of Gengdu education.However,due to the short time for re-promoting Gengdu education,the academic community has not fully discussed the topic of Gengdu education in agriculture-related colleges and universities.In order to enrich the achievements of Gengdu education in agriculture-related universities,this paper takes Huazhong Agricultural University as an example to carry out empirical research,aiming to explore the current situation,challenges and countermeasures of Gengdu education in agriculture-related universities.Based on this,this study divides the article into five chapters on the basis of combing the research results of Gengdu education.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the reason for the topic selection,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis,thesis ideas and possible innovations.Chapter 2 summarizes the origin,development and rise and fall of farming education,as well as the basic concepts of contemporary Gengdu education and the feasibility of carrying out Gengdu education in agriculture-related colleges and universities.Chapter 3 takes Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,investigates and analyzes the current situation of Gengdu education in agriculture-related colleges and universities through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews,and summarizes the achievements of Huazhong Agricultural University in carrying out farming education.That is,Trinity,to open a number of Gengdu education courses;edutainment,create a number of cultivation and education activities;Cultivate the heirloom family and create a good campus atmosphere;Project support to create practical activities of Gengdu education;Demonstration guidance,the construction of Gengdu education demonstration colleges.Chapter 4 summarizes the challenges existing in agriculture-related colleges and universities in carrying out Gengdu education,including the inaccurate grasp of the connotation of Gengdu education by teachers and students,the lack of resources related to farming education,the urgent need to improve the guarantee mechanism of Gengdu education,the joint force of government-school,family-society Gengdu education,and the publicity effect of Gengdu education needs to be strengthened,and analyzes the reasons for the existence of challenges from two dimensions: external constraints and internal influences.Chapter 5 combines the typical practices of farming-related colleges and universities to carry out farming education,starting with the concept first: to help teachers and students correctly understand Gengdu education;System-based: promote the fruition of Gengdu education;Synergy as wings: forming a joint force of "government,school,family and society" cultivation and education;Mechanism is essential: improve the guarantee mechanism for Gengdu education;The four levels provide countermeasures and suggestions for agriculture-related colleges and universities to carry out Gengdu education in the new era. |
