| With the deepening research on the nutritional and commercial value of commodity insects both domestically and internationally,people have discovered the simplicity and low-cost of commodity insect farming,and commodity insect farming is gradually becoming popular among individual households.But as the demand gradually increases,the existing oldfashioned farming methods are gradually unable to keep up with the demand of society.The main problem is that repetitive mechanical farming causes significant loss of manpower,and household workshop farming cannot guarantee the quality and yield of commodity insects.On this basis,it is necessary to design an automated commodity insect breeding equipment suitable for large or relatively large commodity insect breeding factories,which can efficiently replace manual labor and achieve the breeding and collection of commodity insects while ensuring high yield breeding.Firstly,in order to design equipment products that better meet user needs,this article conducts research on user usage scenarios.Based on the research,by constructing breeding scenarios and analyzing possible user needs in different scenarios,the KJ method is used to organize the obtained user needs.Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to establish a hierarchical model of user needs,and the weight value of the selected user needs is calculated,Finalize more important user requirements,such as primary requirement indicators such as structural functionality and integration;Secondary requirements indicators such as job safety,functional continuity,equipment automation,and minimal worker participation indicate the design direction for subsequent design.Secondly,after the user needs are established,the functional principle and functional structure of the same type of equipment and similar equipment on the market are analyzed and summarized through the method of establishing a function tree and functional analysis,to find functional elements that can realize different functions on the market,to provide ideas for establishing the functional structure diagram of this topic and solving functional elements,and finally to conceive and design and obtain three possible functional principle schemes,For future design reference.Once again,drawing on existing evaluation systems for similar products and considering expert suggestions,establish an evaluation system for this topic.Use the QFD method(Quality Function Deployment Method)to establish the functional quality house of this topic,clarify the correlation between user needs and product characteristics,and obtain the relevant weight values of product characteristics.Use rough set theory to obtain expert rough evaluation data and based on this,obtain the satisfaction of product characteristics,And the satisfaction of user needs under different compensation levels,ultimately determining the third design scheme as the optimal one.Finally,after determining the optimal solution,the 3D modeling and modeling expression of the optimal solution were completed using Rhino and Keyshot software,and the equipment was simulated for scenario use.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation and summary of the solution were conducted based on user demand models,verifying the rationality of the design of the equipment in this project,laying a certain foundation for the subsequent design of automated pest breeding equipment for commercial use. |
